    Happy Camper.

We immediately liked the ambiance; late afternoon on a Friday great light at the bar. Thankfully 4 of us found this on yelp as it's a fairly new business. The bartender Dani was immediately friendly and the manager was really cool. We studied the menu because everything looked phenomenal. The Bao Buns were flavorful and didn't last long we could have ordered 10 more of those. The burgers came out and looked 10/10; thankfully they were just as flavorful as they looked. Brother got the El Lobo Burger and I got the Wolf Burger and it was phenomenal. Gf was happy because she doesn't like to Drink too much so they have a fancy espresso machine which was perfect. THE owner even came out and personally introduced himself. Can't wait to come back.

Howling Wolf just opened next to the metromover and the spot barber shop. It has a simple elevated menu with a European flair. Everything was excellent. You could tell the effort and care that went into everything. Started with shrimp ceviche which was very good with lots of veggies avocado as well as shrimp in citrus. My friend got the cheeseburger which was great. Excellent fries too. I got to shrimp and quinoa which was good and felt very healthfull. Ended with Black Forest cake. Yumm. They are super dog friendly. We took our dog - R2-D2 - for his birthday. They helped celebrate with a candle and dog treats. And they have a special dog menu. Highly recommend!

We dined here on a Thursday night, arriving an hour before closing. Unfortunately, many items on the menu were unavailable due to being sold out. Despite the empty restaurant, I felt the server/service could have been better. However, the burger and fries stood out as probably the best items on the menu. We also ordered the tacos but since some items were out I did not have the full tasting experience. Nonetheless, the restaurant made amends by comping the meal. I must admit, the burger was one of the best I've had in Miami. I'm eager to return and give this restaurant another chance.

    The last of our tomahawk!

We had an incredible dining experience at Howling Wolf. This place recently opened up next to my barber and when I saw it was dog friendly, we had to give it a try. So 6 of us went and we ordered a lot of wonderful dishes off the diverse menu. They brought out a dog menu that had options with fresh veggies or grilled proteins. It's refreshing to find a place in Miami that caters to pet owners. It is a mix of international Mediterranean and American fare located in Miami's arts and entertainment district. The diverse menu offered a delightful fusion of flavors that left my taste buds in awe from starter, to main and dessert. The burrata salad with truffle was fresh and tasty. The burgers were juicy and packed with flavor, and the chicken schnitzel with truffle sauce was a true highlight for me. It's a dish that isn't too common in SoFla but a comfort food I would come back for over and over The smoked short rib was tender and delicious, and the Korean bao buns brought a unique twist to the meal. But the best was the tomahawk steak and Kobe beef which were a special that night, wow it was perfect and my dog got to keep the bone. To top it off, the cocktails were crafted to perfection. The atmosphere was vibrant, and the service was impeccable. We can't wait to return for another memorable meal!

Great new downtown bar and eatery with outdoor seating. Not far from the Arsht. Have been back a few times now and all food has been outstanding. Service too is consistently very friendly and attentive. Casual atmosphere, this will be our go-to bar and restaurant. Plus it's dog friendly.

Overall, this was one of the best dining experiences we've had in a really long time. Howling Wolf is definitely a hidden gem in downtown Miami. We live a block away so we walked there with our dog, after waiting for a couple of months for the restaurant/bar to open! Ambience: It's the perfect mix between a sports bar and a classy and cute restaurant- yet it still feels homey. The appeal is definitely there for both the ladies who want a cute night out and the guys who want to watch sports! Food: I am blown away by how delicious the food was. Every single thing we got was out of this world. The menu is versatile and has something to offer for everyone. From peta bread & hummus, wings, and bao buns for appetizers to burgers, salads, steaks and tacos for entree. Although there is variety, the menu still felt cohesive and inclusive. They even had some great vegetarian options like mushroom tacos. We personally got the bao buns, wings and peta with the three spreads for appetizer and basically licked the plates clean. The flavors are insane! I could've had two of each. For entree, we had the Romeo burger and the steak tacos. Both were also absolutely amazing. Everything was cooked to perfection and we ate every last bit of it. For dessert, we had the German cheesecake & a scoop of ice cream. Every single thing we had did not disappoint in the slightest, as a matter of fact- we loved every last bite. Service: We will be coming back many times from how delicious the food was alone, but the service was first class service. We felt SO welcomed and taken care of. The server and bartender were incredibly nice and took care of us down to every last little detail. The had an amazing attitude, great recommendations, and made sure we were taken care of like VIP guests. The manager was very nice as well and welcomed us with open arms. I believe one of the owners was there as well, and he made sure to touch the table a couple of times and tell us a little about the place. He was SO nice, so funny, and made us feel so taken care of. He was so genuinely happy and proud of the amazing concept he created and the energy radiated in the best way AMAZING BONUS: they are dog friendly, have a beautiful patio, and even have an entire dog menu!!!! We ordered chicken for our dog, but they offer everything from salmon to burger patties, to crudité for your our fur children.

This place is amazing. Great food and service is top of the line. It's a must try. I'll be back again soon.

    Steak Tacos

I live in the neighborhood and finally gave this place a shot and I am glad I did. The food is delicious, service is quick and friendly & the atmosphere is very well done. I will be coming back for sure. Try the steak tacos! 10/10

We walked in a little after 10, thinking they were open until midnight, but they close at 10, and they took us! The service was outstanding, the food even better, if that's possible. We ordered the beef carpaccio, pork belly bao buns, truffle burrata salad and the pork schnitzel. Everything was so good, not one thing disappointed. The decor, the ambiance perfect!

It was their trivia night, I believe there was a $1500 pot if you win. Everyone seemed to be playing. We arrived to late to join. The place was packed yet there were only two servers. Our server was running around like a chicken with her head cut off. However she managed to keep up with out party of 9. There were times we were waiting for assistance however we could see she wasn't just sitting on her ass. We order burgers, flat breads, tenders and steak tacos. Steak tacos were horrible Burgers were delicious Flatbread were good Tenders definitely looked like they were frozen tenders from the grocer. The beverages were nice not too strong but not weak. We were kinda profiled however as a black person you get use to it. My husband and brother stepped out for a smoke break..although everyone else was still seated at the table. We watched security run out after them. We laughed cause they looked stupid. When security ran out there they pretended to be looking at something when they noticed they guys were right outside the door. Irish pub we didn't expect any less. However it was kinds funny how the guy darted out after them then aimlessly looked around after he realized they were smoking a cigarette ‍

I realized that I had not actually been to this location since it was The Playwright (or whatever it was called) 4 or 5 years ago. The updated interior is nice - very "pubby" - and they offer a good variety of seating from bar seats to high-tops to couches. Two things here that were standouts: First, the burger is one of the best burgers I've had on South Beach. So much so that I'm craving it again this morning. They've done a good job with the menu in that it still has all those bar foods that you look for in a place like this, but they've put some thought into elevating a number of items (e.g. the short rib poutine!) Second, the service was great. Our server (sorry, can't remember his name - a nice guy from Kendall) was very friendly and provided excellent service. As many reviews mention, this is definitely a place to watch a game. While we weren't there for this purpose last night, the TV setup is great and I could def see myself camping out there with a few beers on a weekend afternoon. As someone who lives in the neighborhood, I'll be back again for sure.

Biscayne Bay Brewing nails the balance between laid-back charm and elevated flavors. I started with a margarita that was surprisingly delightful--bright, balanced, and not overly sweet. It set the tone perfectly. I also sampled one of their signature beers, and it was everything you'd want from a local brew: crisp, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care. For bites, we shared the fish dip and hummus--both winners. The fish dip had that smoky, briny depth that pairs beautifully with a cold drink, and the hummus was smooth, fresh, and generously portioned. The location itself is a vibe: welcoming, stylish, and perfect for catching up with friends or winding down after a long day. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Biscayne Bay Brewing is worth the stop.

We went to watch the NY Knicks beat the SA Spurs 94-90 to win the 2026 NBA Finals! The place was packed with lots of energy. We managed to find seats luckily. We ordered the Batch Burger with fries to share as it is a big burger. We added the aged cheddar cheese. They sell the fries, sauce and cheese separately. So it came to $28.62 for the burger n fries! Slightly overcharged. The burger did not taste good at all and there were 8-10 little fries without any flavor. We asked our server to please have the manager stop by. She reluctantly agreed. The manager adjusted the bill after seeing the fries and brought out a new plate of fries. We appreciated that he made it right. I try to be as honest as I can when leaving a review, and as I said in my original review, Batch had always been great our prior visits (food and service). I completely understand with the World Cup going on, that not everything will go smoothly. Thank you Batch for getting in touch, we'll be back. ********** Original Review: Previous experiences had been awesome at Batch. But last night (because of the World Cup?) it was NOT pleasant. 1-Our reservation, which was confirmed via texts (with an s), email, phone calls (also with an s), couldn't be found and when it finally was, we still had to wait another 20 minutes for a table. People who were in line WITHOUT a reservation (I know because I had asked them before I went inside) were seated while we were still waiting for our table!!! (Because there were 3 of them and "we were just 2"). 2-The music even with the SuperBowl is always on a decent level, where you can have a conversation. Last night it was horribly loud. It's a bar, not a nightclub. 3- After (finally getting seated), no one came to take our order. After waiting another 10 minutes we left. I gave 3 stars for the food (although we didn't get the chance to order any), because usually it's quite good. We left Batch, went to a restaurant, where we had a great time, excellent service, and exquisite food. All the while able to watch the game and have a conversation. I am leaving this review as a constructive feedback, because Batch in recent months was an otherwise nice place to go to. My advice: Don't chew more than you can swallow. Last night was chaotic and unpleasant.
