This place definitely has a sports bar vibe. Music is really pumping. There are TVs everywhere! I ordered the boom boom shrimp for appetizer and the wagyu burger with yuca fries for the main course. The burger was good. The shrimp and the fries seem to have been in the fryer quite some time as they were dripping with oil. Burger I would order again, but not the shrimp for the fries. First time coming to this location. Parking was easy to find at the Courtyard Marriott for $9 for 6 hours which is a super deal for the area. My friend ordered the sliders and sweet potato fries. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! If I could give them zero stars, I would. My sister-in-law just flew in from DC, and I wanted to show her around. We decided to grab a quick drink to celebrate her landing and a major accomplishment she just achieved. Before I go any further, it's important to note that we are Deaf. We communicate by gesturing and speaking as clearly as we can. From the start, the bartender, a woman, was incredibly rude. When we asked for her drink recommendations, she immediately rolled her eyes and slammed the counter, pointing us to the QR code instead. First red flag. Then, when we received our drinks, we felt they were too light and politely asked if it was possible to add a bit more alcohol. She responded with a disgusted expression and began making a money gesture in a condescending way. Second red flag. What truly upset us was what happened next. She went over to the blonde-haired manager and started explaining the situation while laughing. We were able to read their lips and caught exactly what they were saying. We confronted the manager, and instead of listening or apologizing, she immediately became defensive. She didn't acknowledge anything, let alone offer an apology or a solution.
