They always have exactly what I need and more . say they didn't , they would work with you and try to order the product you need . the hay is local Arizona grown and very nice . All the negative reviews about the owner are exactly true. Sometimes you get a bale of hay that is partially bad but some of it is OK. I opened a bale I'd bought from them and the whole thing was bad...filled with dirt, trash and weeds. I threw it in the dumpster but took a sample into the store to get a replacement. They not only refused to replace it unless I brought the entire bale back in but Mel, the owner, was extremely rude. The girl in the office also told me that "I should have known it was bad before opening it". If that was the case, why didn't THEY know it was bad before they sold it to me??! Mel acted as though it was my fault the hay was bad and implied that I was out to cheat him! I asked him if one bale of hay was worth losing a customer. Apparently it was as I will never spend a dime there again. I've lived in Cave Creek over 40 years and we've had some wonderful guys who've owned this business in the past. What a shame that we have such a jerk owning it now. He's an embarrassment to our community. read more

Normally the hay is pretty good but this last delivery was beyond horrible quality. I called store to see if I could exchange it for better quality and the owner is a total jerk, told me "there is nothing wrong with it and to feed it " without even looking at it. Haha horrible customer service and product. read more

OMG! The owner and helper just delivered my feed and I'm in tears! I ordered in Cave Creek at the Store, girl was so nice. I asked if they delivered in New River, she said yes, all the time but there's a $30 delivery fee. I said fine and paid. Btw I have 2 knee replacements and my husband is fighting cancer, kidney disease etc and I have 2 knee replacements and we are 63. The owner called to deliver and got lost! He was SO NASTY to me I cried! He said he's not coming all the way here for 2 bales of hay and 6 sacks of feed! I said I usually spend a lot more, I spent $200+ but I had hay and feed left but he talked over me almost yelling at me because he's not driving this far for that order ever again! He was close to our home. He said if I ever need ANYTHING i have to come pick it up because it's not worth the $30 delivery charge still talking loudly and very nasty to me! I'm still shaking. My horse has founder so we aren't feeding much. Our bills are usually $350-$400 but we had hay and feed left and we were adding orchard grass and assorted pellets to his feed I'll NEVER give this man a dime of our money again! The way he spoke to me, like it was MY fault he got lost, and I didn't make it worth his while! No business owner ever spoke to me like this, he's a mean man! So if they say they'll happily deliver to New River, for a $30 delivery fee, don't believe them! No one has ever talked to me like that and he owes me an apology for upsetting me. He should be ashamed of himself The girl that works inside is nice The business owner is a horrible man! Just found out Pet Club has a better selection and a lot cheaper delivery! Really nice people here, I get Triple Crown Senior and other supplements here. Open on Sunday and they actually ALWAYS have the feed I need. I actually drove from Sedona for a while to get Triple Crown here as the place in Camp Verde was *always* running out and I would have to get another brand or drive farther. This place is great. Nice people, always helpful when loading, and keep their supplies stocked! read more
