Customer Service is what really fuels a review in my opinion and you never know how great or bad a store is until you need that aspect. Most stores have good service, some are horrible but a small few are exceptional. I have to say that the level of customer service at this store is exceptional!!! I have dealt with online pet stores where you never get a reply after 2 months of emails, or replies that take weeks in between, or them not doing anything really to include not even saying sorry. Rescue Pet is the total opposite in every aspect. So yes I would buy anything here as well as recommend them to anyone because I know no matter what I would walk away feeling as if this company cares about pets as well as people.

What a great place to decorate for your garden, patio, porch, sunroom, etc. Much to our dismay, the owner told us they are closing in 10 days. Everything is 50% as they try and clear inventory. Kahoots is located in the Tramonto Marketplace shopping plaza. I had never heard of Kahoots but…read morewhen I saw the sign that said live chicks, I knew I had to stop in. Kahoots sells all types of pet food, supplies, vitamins etc for animals. The first thing upon walking in is a nice staff welcome. The next thing is the noise of the chicks peeping. Two large cages housed the 3 week old chicks. There looked large for that age. Staff were busy cleaning one of the cages. At this point, all the chicks could fly and roost themselves on the top of the cage. Of course, staff watched them carefully while cleaning so as not to have a large chick break out. The little critters were pretty cute. I had a chicken growing up in the city so I have a soft spot for them. Shared parking lot.

My husband came home the other day with samples talking about how knowledgeable Julie was and we needed to try this dog food. We stopped by today to ask for Julie. Though she was not working she was at the store and came out to meet with us. I was so pleasantly surprised to find out this was the same Julie who had previously taught our kids in elementary school decades ago. Not only is Julie very knowledgeable, but very caring about her pets and others. When we talked about our goldendoodle who had seizures recently she got a little teary eyed for our pup. We picked up a few more samples, bought some treets and Kahoots is definitely our new pet store and food supplier. I learned more this afternoon about dog food today than I have in the last 10 years of having rescues. If you are in Arizona or California check out this pet food store. Rachel, at Paws Down Dog Training is the best…read more After interviewing and using 3 different dog trainers, we were referred to Rachel's Paws Down Dog Training. What a wonderful experience! We rescued a large mixed breed Pitty, who was at a rescue for several years. His social skills were poor, he dragged us down the street when walking him, he thought he was the boss, and he had a strong prey drive. He was a handful, but also a loving dog that we adored. We started with 3 sessions after she evaluated our dog. Every session we learned something new. Rachel's methods made sense. She rewarded him with some treats, but didn't bribe him into behaving with the use of treats, she used praise and attention. Our dog loves her!! She is gentle but yet firm, she taught us as much as she taught our dog. She emphasizes playing with your dog, working on the techniques she presents. I believe you have to practice what she teaches you. She worked with us in our home, in our neighborhood, in the park, and in Home Depot. She showed us how to get him to calm down when someone new came into our home. She advised a prong collar, which one to buy, and when and how to use it, without hurting him. With the prong collar his leash manners are much, much improved. Our dog now knows basic commands, and he will do these commands without bribing him with a treat. After the first 3 sessions, we were so happy with his progress, we signed up for another 3 sessions. I found her prices reasonable, and turned out to be priceless in the end
