Serkan and Omar did a great job explaining everything and did an awesome job making my vision come to life! We started with 2 step paint correction. They did such a great job making the clear coat look really good and made my paint shine. Then I went with full front clear PPF + ceramic coat. I also had them ceramic coat the rest of the car. I went with 20% ceramic tint on the sides and rear. I went with 70% ceramic tint on the windshield. They even helped remount my dashcam with static stickers. I also had the front bumpers red lip wrapped in matte black PPF + ceramic coated. I had my headlights and the light bar tinted with stek DYNOshadow. I had the taillights tinted with stek DYNOsmoke. They also put on the smoked vinyl I got from badgeskins on the rear bumper reflectors. I had glossy pillar covers attached that I supplied and they ceramic coated them. Last, I had them hit the car with R1 Revive which is the same brand as their ceramic coating. It made the hydrophobicity like day 1 and the paint was so glossy! The car looks so good! They did such a great job! I came all the way from Baltimore to have everything done! They are so nice and knowledgeable! Their prices are great and they really hooked it up! I believe they started about 30 minute after my scheduled time. I got tint on the rear of my car only. I am sure if you are getting full tint then your wait time will be longer. The employees are friendly and helpful. The tint on our old cars held up for years, never dulling or getting bubbles. This shows they use quality products and have professional installers. Bottom line: I would use All-American again but was a little upset about some of the "delays"…read more I had all-american perform my auto-glass replacement after a rock hit my windshield through my dealership's referral. The day it happened they were very accomodating - the women who work there were friendly and worked with me so I could meet the technician to see if he could patch it. The technician was friendly as well - he tried, however it was too large and I needed a full replacement. I appreciated the try, though. All-American also priced their work fairly and gave me a good price for the windshield and install. All-American recommends you let your car sit overnight after a replacement, which is fine, however I had to bring it into the shop requiring me either a) to go without a car for a day and make other arrangements or b) get a rental. The first time I went in I was able to secure a rental car. However, All-American called that afternoon saying they had ordered the wrong window and would have to reschedule. To their credit, All-American offered to take care of the rental car on my next visit. A week later, I bring my car in again and everything goes smoothly. However, later that evening, I ran my windshield wipers to notice they were completely askew. I immediately called All-American, who called me back the next morning and made arrangements with my dealership for them to fix it. Apparently the wipers were put on the wrong sides. So, to sum it up: Pros: Friendly and accomodating staff, workmanship (window install seems good), knowledge of the industry, price Cons: a few "hiccups" like ordering the wrong part and the windshield wiper mistake.
