She did ask if I have a punch card (I don't), then gave me the total, ran my card and that was it. So you can imagine my absolute delight when Chaos opened in Hazel Dell, merely three miles from my home! Chaos is an adorable bright pink truck, adorned with the coolest skeleton motif and run by a beautiful and hilarious mother-daughter(s) team, who brew Kafiex beans with the most skilled and consistent results in town! Brewed Awakenings who?? I don't know her anymore! Chaos makes Washington-style Americanos with aplomb using plenty of ice so you don't just end up with a watery mess, and the price is incredibly low, especially for the quality. Kafiex are truly one of the best roasters in the entire world, not just the county or state! I imagine the smoothies and matcha are good too, but I'm too busy slurping 32 oz of caffeinated goodness to branch out. I get something different nearly every time, and NEVER has Chaos disappointed.
