Why? Because I think if I did a better job being clear about what I need from Scott... he is basically good at what he does... and there aren't a ton of options. Our newest issue is that the hot tub will just shut off after a few minutes of trying to use it. Honestly, your best bet would to be to get a more affordable hot tub from costco. Don't let them trick you by saying their spas have less issues; they will both have issues but you can get one from costco for less than $5000.

It was hard to get him on the phone, he completely ignored my request to at least buy the pumps back from me, since they were not even part of the problem. Bad service, bad customer service, over charger. Long story short, he charged me $1500 for 4 hours work which did nothing to fix the tub, and ignored my requests for follow up. Go anywhere else.
