One of the support beams was on its last leg as it has suffered dry rot. Alex quickly responded to my request for quote, came out the next day, and gave me a quote. He was very thorough with his inspection and gave me a no b.s. quote. There were several other companies I got quotes from but decided to go with Alex because of his straightforward answers and great customer service. Alex and his crew came the same week and did an amazing job on the project. They were very respectful of my property and placed everything back in their place. Their work was solid. Alex took pictures and send them to me as I was at work. After they were complete, they cleaned up the area well and placed everything back. We bought a house based on there promise they could do a major renovation on budget we could afford and then after we purchased the home gave us a bid 40% higher so they basically under bid the job to put us in a this position. We also were charged 4k for a dedicated project manager that was at the house 15 minutes a week and when we questioned the owners they basically strong armed us by threatening to stop work when we had questions if work was completed or not as we are not construction professionals. We have tried to communicate with them but there answers are always threating to stop work and leave use with a mess. I am currently still dealing with Roloff at this time and wish I had never hired them to for this project. If anyone has questions please reach out to me as I do not write reviews but in this situation where someone ruins your home and threatens you I just have to let others know this is how they do business.

Than the 4th job customer had some concerns about the price we charge was about $200 for chimney sweep so we explained that this is our rates and the rep only cared about the customer complaining he wanted to get it out of his back. So they didn't send us more jobs and we have been charged 2 years in a row for $200 or $250 yearly subscription that we couldn't cancel and no job were provided so basically they took what earned from our work. First They stop working with us because one not justifying complaint after 3 jobs we provide excellent service. And they already decided not to provide us more jobs which is fine we don't really need them but kept charge us for yearly subscription. Good luck..

My wife and I recently worked with Clark County General Contracting to repair our bathroom after…read morediscovering water damage. Darrell, the owner, and his worker Nate were fantastic from start to finish. We originally noticed a bump in the bathroom floor that turned out to be a moisture issue. A mitigation company came in to remove the damaged flooring and toilet and dry everything out. After that, we started collecting quotes from contractors--and chose Darrell because he was by far the most straightforward and transparent. He took the time to explain everything clearly, gave us a fair quote, and didn't sugarcoat anything. Once we agreed to move forward, Darrell even handled communication with our insurance company and got the project covered. That alone was a huge help. The work itself turned out great. Darrell and Nate installed new subflooring, laminate that we picked out, and new baseboards. After the job was done, we did notice a couple of minor issues--one with the baseboard seal and another with the threshold transition that my wife wasn't happy with. Darrell came back out promptly and made sure both were addressed to our satisfaction. I've included some photos of the bathroom after mitigation and the finished result--the difference speaks for itself. Great company, easy to work with, and reliable. We're already considering another bathroom remodel, and we'll absolutely be going with Darrell again.

When we moved into our house a few years ago we knew the deck had to go. It was old and rotting…read moreaway. We had many estimates done but CCGC's was by far the most detailed. That and our comfort with Darrell made our choice easy. We made some big changes to our second story deck, so it took some time for a structural engineer to get plans in place but, the final product was well worth the wait. Darrell and Ed worked to make sure our deck was sturdy and well built. We now have an extended deck with awning that actually comes from above the roof line. The difference is night and day and we are thrilled with our new deck!
