All I can say is, thanks for the favor! Care Well truly lives up to its aptly named company. I've used Care Well's services for 5 months now. This is a rather new company,perhaps 2 years old? But they've set a new standard for medical transportation services. From the hands-on owner, Curry, to the dispatchers, to all of the drivers, all of whom I come to feel as friends. Besides on-time service (I've never waited more than 30 minutes for an unscheduled return trip or not set time return), clean vans, they genuinely care about their clients, and, go out of their way to help and assist. It's a happy place to work for both employer and employees, and it shows. For all the tribulations one goes through to have medical transportation, either medical or insurance issues, Care Well is a nice oasis.

I have spoken to the company but, still will like to give a warning for anyone looking for an assisted transportation because there are people who are recklessly driving. The man was an almost bald black man with glasses and he had no care. I was very warned and panicked but was able to gain control. He doesn't use any blinkers and is just overall a bully on the road. This is not the type of person that should be driving and I hope this employee will learn to do better on the road. My car has cameras and I'm happy to have been able to catch the company name and the car number so this employee can learn from his wrongs.

When you're a solo female traveler and don't have a trusted friend or family member to give you a ride to the airport early in the morning or late at night, Uber, Lyft and local sketchy taxi companies in Westchester are not great options. I found Elite a few years back by the recommendation of a neighbor and they have been my go to for airport service ever since. I pay a few bucks more, but I know when I schedule a pick up at 5:00 am on a weekday, a very courteous driver in a clean, spacious SUV is picking me up on time and getting me to JFK or Newark without any anxiety or fear for my safety. I recently suggested Elite to a friend and she also had the same experience. Highly recommend.
