I was seen promptly, and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Mike took my vitals and history, and Sabine saw me right after that. She very gently administered another Covid test to reconfirm the home test that I'd taken, patiently explained all my options when the test showed "positive ", and gave me well thought out prescriptions to help me get back on my feet. Everything was fast, efficient, and pleasant, so I will gladly give credit where credit is due, and state that my experience here was a 10/10!!

This place was clean, neat and offers other services in the same bldg. the staff is courteous and kind and my wait time was not long at all. They send you an app which was nice so you can see your place in line and when you're about to be called. Everyone down to the dr was exceptional. Also the follow up questions or care they contact you back same day and I was amazed for NY. Would recommend %100.

She is thorough, kind, compassionate, patient, and truly excellent at what she does. She has such a warm and reassuring way about her. The lab at this practice is also phenomenal. Getting blood work done on a child is never easy, but they make the experience as smooth and gentle as possible. Even though we travel from Connecticut, it's more than worth it because of the outstanding care we receive. Dr. Kopple is always so responsive--when we message her through the patient portal, she gets back to us the same day, which means we rarely even need to call the office. At this point a line has built up. They have the five of us come inside, and they send us upstairs to wait in a tiny room. It was another 30 minutes until they finally had us come down, and take out insurance information. Finally they let me know that they don't take my insurance, and a COIVD test is apparently $125. I understand being busy, but they really should have warned me when I called that it'd be an hour before they'd even take my insurance information. I also cannot believe that a medical office packed us all into a small room for such a long time, with one woman showing symptoms.

The radiologist helped my son to feel welcome and comfortable and permitted me to sit outside as he was scanned. If there is one area of improvement is to clearly indicate that the imaging center is located at the back of the building. We parked at the front of the building and was redirected to walk around outside to the back. If someone who was dropped off was in serious pain, this would have been an uncomfortable walk.

Keep in mind my insurance paid everything except the $31.65 On the morning of 11/28/2025, I went to CitiMD for treatment for a urinary tract infection (UTI). I was seen by a physician who collected a urine sample, confirmed that I had a UTI, and prescribed medication. I had the prescription filled immediately and paid $48.50; I do not have prescription drug coverage. I took one pill when I got home and another around 11:00 p.m. I continued the same regimen on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday morning, for a total of seven doses. On Monday, 12/1, I received a call from the Customer After Care Center in the Philippines informing me that I had been prescribed the wrong medication. I was told that I would need to return to CitiMD for treatment. I explained that this would require another co-pay and another $48.50. I asked whether she could call my pharmacist with the correct prescription, but she said she could not. I asked her to refund me my original co-pay & the cost of the prescription. She laughed. I did not laugh. She insisted I contact CitiMD. I am deeply concerned that I took seven doses of the wrong medication before being notified of the error. I am also concerned that it took three and a half days to inform me that the prescription was incorrect. Given the seriousness of this situation, I believe the prescribing doctor should be held accountable. I suspect malpractice. When I contacted CitiMD, I was met with nothing but rudeness. Their priority was protecting the doctor -- a full-on cover your ass operation rather than addressing my concerns. The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. I was hung up on three separate times and left on hold for two hours. They refused to let me speak with the attending physician on duty that day. Instead, they continued to point me to the Philippines Customer After Care Center, even after I explained that the Philippines wanted nothing to do with me. Since I could not get a call back, I decided to see my PCP to receive proper medical care. He was alarmed by what I had experienced. Given the circumstances outlined above, it is reasonable that I will not be paying the $31.65. I contacted Social Security, explaining that garnishing $31.65 from my check would only escalate the situation further.

The doctors themselves were solid. The OB/GYN who cared for my wife stood out. Professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Dr. Kevin Molyneux also made a strong impression. He was focused, clear, and took good care of my wife. Where things fell short was with the overall staff experience. Bedside manner across much of the team was lacking. Interactions felt dismissive at times, especially in the emergency department. Basic coordination also needs work. Housekeeping was requested multiple times and never showed up. Communication between shifts was inconsistent. There were gaps in handoffs and documentation, which made it harder to understand what had already been done and what came next. The facility itself feels dated and doesn't reflect the standard I associate with NYP. I'm giving 3 stars because the doctors delivered where it mattered most. But based on this experience, we would choose a Manhattan NYP location next time.

Being denied entrance because, supposedly there are 2 people already visiting, after spending 2 hours in traffic and confirming that only one person is up with patient, the guard didn't care, on this visit. Other days we entered with 4 visitors already in mother-in-laws room. Random nasty overboard security. P.S I'm a physician. And one more note, on multiple occasions we asked to speak to nurse assigned to my family member. They NEVER came and the physician in charge didn't have command of the patient's condition.
