And I absolutely told you what you could go do - this was after being told that you didn't understand what the problem was and I said that you need to check food quality because you're going to make people sick. Notice how I never asked for a refund? I was calling to keep you from making your customers sick, and taking ANY accountability was well beyond your capabilities. A decent business would be concerned with selling rancid products - and Jason didn't know the word "rancid", btw. You can literally see the photo.
