We hired Fun Cloud Events for a kids' birthday party with nearly 20 children. We were shown a video…read morebefore booking that set a clear expectation for the energy and quality of the performance. Unfortunately, what was delivered was a lackluster performance that fell well short of that. Only a few kids showed interest and when kids started losing interest in the bubble activity, the performer made no effort to re-engage them. She stood in one spot the entire time and used barely 20% of the space that Fun Cloud Events themselves had marked out in a photo they sent us prior to the event. For a group that size, we expected a professional entertainer to read the room and adapt. That didn't happen. We'd caution others to ask detailed questions before booking and to clarify exactly what to expect, rather than relying on the promotional video shared during the sales process.
