I returned three items of clothing the same day I purchased them after trying them on at home,…read more(they had no dressing room), but after leaving the store and a second look at the refund amount I realized it was short a few dollars. I returned and brought it up to the girl at the front desk who sold the items. After staring at her computer for a good 15 minutes, she told me "I didn't return your tax because tax is not refunded on returned merchandise." When I asked her if she honestly thought customers still pay taxes on items they have returned, she looked frazzled and spent another 10-15 minutes on her computer trying to come up with an answer. When she realized I wasn't going to just walk away and let her keep the tax amount, she said "Ok, I'll refund your tax" as if she's doing me a huge favor and making an exception. But even then she gave no receipt for the returns. When I asked for a receipt, she told me: "We don't give receipts on returned items. They're given only for sold items." I asked if she had a pen and paper. She said yes, and just stared at me. So I said, Can you write on a piece of paper that I returned these items and am due a refund? By this time, visibly fed up with her customer asking for something I should have received without asking, she writes on a Post-It note pad "Items returned 8/22." After my experience, I was surprised to see the additional tax actually refunded on my credit card. I was honestly expecting a few more back & forth discussions that led nowhere. What should have been a simple return became an unnecessarily aggravating experience with someone who clearly needs training and basic common sense, like merchant can't keep the tax charged on returned items, or that a customer needs to be provided proof of return. Just goes to show your employees can cost you much more than you realize. They lost my business for good. I'm new in the area and was looking for a new hairdresser but given my experience, there is zero chance I'll ever step foot in this place again.

The woman who did my hair wasn't sure of the shade. I told her I wanted the shade to blend in with the rest of my hair. She did a great job. She was very hospitable however, she didn't explain to me how the process worked. She wasn't very friendly. Tip: if you're getting roots done you can ask for the extended time which is 45 min or the standard time. No one explained to me the process. A different the girl washed my hair. She did a great job. When my hair was washed, she asked me if I wanted a brush or a comb. I wasn't expecting to be asked that question. She proceeded to walk me to this bar where there were a blow dryer and hair products. She pretty much left me there. I'm pretty speechless at this point because obviously from everything that's going on I can figure out myself that it's DO YOUR OWN HAIR. If you want to invest in a blow dryer, the Dyson works faster and the business should invest in providing microfiber hair towels. Their hair dryer took forever to dry my hair. .I walked out there with partially wet hair. I wasn't going to stay in the entire time to blow dry my hair and do my hair right where everyone is sitting. In fact, I just wanted to get out of there. I wanted to take a look at my hair to see the roots were recovered and that was pretty much it. What I failed to check is the color was left on my hairline from the hair wash. Smh.. The woman who colored my roots didn't check to see if the roots turned out ok. She wasn't the one who checked me out either. She went on to the next person without even acknowledging a thank you for coming in or hope you like your hair. Despite her lack of customer service, I still left her gratuity. Unfortunately, I'll never return to this location. No customer service. Disappointed. Feedback: If you're looking for new customers or new members for that matter, you might want to reiterate the process of how your business works because as I was sitting there, I was interested in being a member. It was a great price, but after this experience, I don't think I'm going to return. I can go to another for salon for the same price who blow dry + style for the same price. My personal stylist is Kamryn, she is amazing, I can't get over the miracle she pulled off w/ my hair. Kamryn was so patient and attentive, she actually got my hair to exactly what I wanted the first time I went in. I personally feel, and probably becuz I have been extremely satisfied, that the price points are right on with most other salons, and I don't mind paying for great work. The products they sell are spot on with anywhere else you could get them, at least what I've noticed. They are very up front with the cancelation policies and if you do not cancel in the alloted time that you will be charged, which I think is fair, especially for what you may be asking for, like in my case it's never just something simple so they have to block off that time and potentially lose out on a job for that day if you cancel without the right amount of time, so to me that's fair and makes sense. They are clear with that when booking the appt. They also check with you multiple times for your appt giving you ample time to confirm or cancel properly. I'm sure that if it was an actual emergency and you could maybe prove that it was, I'm sure they would work with you if you are calm, kind and understanding that they are doing their job and they are losing out on potential income for that period if you don't show up or don't cancel in the time frame. But thats just me, I love them and the place to much so I personally wouldn't mind the fee if I didn't cancel properly, or show up. Anywho, bottom line is they are all awesome, the salon is beautiful, a ton of services (one day I'm going to get extensions done with the lady that does them, she is also so sweet and fun!), wide variety of free beverages and snacks, and sell great products.
