Love coming here and for me it's the first time coming to this location. I happened to be there for a special event and was able to join in the fun and they even gave out free swag if you signed up for Blackhawk's notifications.

Ok they are HEAVILY customer service oriented. So much so, I had to ask the 10th person who asked me if I needed help after only being in the store about 3 mins, are y'all ok? What's going on? Why can't I move 3 steps without someone asking if I need help? She said that's the companies policy. That's fantastic! Truly is.. But for me, please let me breath just a tad. Anywho, we really loved all the items they offered. The store was so neat and well stocked. We ended buying a few sweaters and were able to try them on. They do run a bit small. I normally get a large in sweaters so I can have a super loose fitting sweater. Their XL was snug. I normally wear a medium. So you can gauge for yourselves what that looks like for you. I say DEFINITELY try on anything before purchasing. The quality of their sweaters specially, HIGH Quality. I wore the sweater the next day, boy I got so many compliments. They also have a elevator!

Great store to shop by. I'm a hockey fan, and it was nice seeing all these items for this team. Lots of jerseys, hats, etc. even hockey skates used by some players!

They was trying to hard to sell. The prices were so high they said a jersey was 144 dollars.

LOVE this store. Great location on magnificent mile, extremely well kept and organized facility. The staff are extremely helpful and always keeping themselves busy whether it's helping people or straightening out items to look better. I love that they have neat show pieces coming into the store as well. Only wish they had more selection!!

The Blackhawks Store on Michigan Ave boasts a PLETHORA of Blackhawks items. You name it and the Hawks slapped their logo on it. Great place to purchase an authentic Blackhawks sweater (jersey) or the replica version (just as high end but is $150+ less) of any of your desired players. I purchased my Jonthan Toews sweater year over 7 years ago and it is still in great shape and thankfully I haven't gained too much weight to out grow it. haha. The store is large and has fun memorabilia from past championships that you can view but also purchase. As many reviewers have noted, the items are expensive and the store rarely has sales. They may put items on clearance but don't ever expect monthly, quarterly, Black Friday or Christmas sale prices. Blackhawks season ticket holders like yours truly receive a 10% discount off their total purchase so make friends with one of us to save you some $.

Good place to get your Hawks gear. I liked the store more when it was on the first floor of the building but now its on the second and seems to have lost some of its mystique. Almost anything you want that is Hawks branded can be found here; hats, beanies, shirts, pajamas, memorabilia, etc. The north windows have a nice view of the river.

I always wonder how this store has survived on Michigan Avenue, especially during the non-NHL hockey season. The Chicago Blackhawks have been an awful hockey team for the last few seasons, but the club has a cool uniform depicting Chief Blackhawk so I guess this store can stay afloat by selling the merchandise. Better luck this season!

Decked out for Christmas at the store.

This new store is gorgeous. There's much more merchandise and a lot of it unique. Think mason jars with pieces of player used merchandise, Christmas ornaments and cute tutus for the little kids. The collection for women has been expanded too and finally include scarves, jackets with subtle logos, hair baubles, and more. Prices definitely take into account the Michigan avenue location, but the added decor, fabulous photos (now finally available for purchase) make up for it. Make sure to peek around the corner for a "player with a photo" tv screen for a fun, free souvenir.

Just the line to check out.

Just doesn't have that same feel and charm that the old one had. Just to sterile and to clean. Not that the old one was dirty just it had that warm hard nose hockey feel to it. I know they are trying for a bigger audience since they want to expand their brand. Seemed that it was just geared to a different crowd. More the band wagoners then a hockey fan. The prices where a wee high. $75 for a shirt seemed a little crazy. Trying to find their collectable section in itself was a challenge. The jerseys where with in reason. Just seemed not well put together and items placed oddly and in the way of trying to get checked out.

Ask the Community - Blackhawks Store

I am looking for a blackhawks jersey #10 but without any name on it. Does this store, or any other have one for under $100?

Hi Pete, The only way to get a jersey with a number on it (regardless of name) is to order it custom. Last time I was in the store, the customization cost $75 alone. You may… Read more

I loved that wallet: it was a coated canvas of their signature fall tonal paisley with a soft buff interior. I wore it out. I've since purchased a few pieces from Etro for my wardrobe, notable shirts with luxe fabrics in bold, sometimes whimsical patterning but bespoke tailoring. I can't really justify these beautiful clothes at retail prices. My few purchases have been from the Etro Outlet at Desert Hills Shops in Palm Springs, which by the way is my favorite designer outlet in the country, and a freak find at TJ Maxx in Gurnee Mills. The buttons are thick mother of pearl with notched cuffs and two small buttons at the neck to support the wide English spread collar. The clothes are for a wealthy dandy. The patterning and colors are gorgeous. As you might expect, the retail prices will take your breath away with dress shirts starting at about $400 and going to $650. I'm happy to report that we have a new jewel box of an outlet here in the Midwest at Fashion Outlets. Men and women can shop for everything from small leather goods to formal wear to sportswear. Oh, and the prices, while high, are much more approachable. There was but one attendant in the boutique yesterday, and she was busy restocking the selections with new shipments. There's a lot to look through. I entered the store yesterday to check out their wallet selection. I was very pleased! The gorgeous coated brocade still exists and the prices are 60% off retail. The friendly attendant opened up the glass case and let me check out the wares at my leisure. I almost bought a lavender paisley wallet when my husband warned me to wait for Christmas. I'll be dreaming about it.
