Super fun store with fantastic prices! You name it they have it!!!!! I loved all the Disney merchandise at such great prices. We went today (Friday) and it was quite busy at checkout so we had to wait a bit but not too long! It could also be that we are under a week out from Christmas! If you are looking for some last minute gift ideas and a nearby check it out! The variety of pajama types and styles was my favorite part!!!

I love a good shopping trip at Primark. The prices are very affordable and I feel a lot of the pieces are staples you could mix and match. Yesterday, they had a lot of items to choose from. There were many sweaters on clearance priced at $7-10. Even the original prices are great-- approx $12-18. I love to browse their purses. They have affordable versions of most high end classic styles. I paid $7 for a purse. Also purchased cute denim top. The location of this Primark is great for travelers staying at nearby hotels. You're able to shop, grab a bite to eat and a coffee all within close distance. Will be back for sure.

This is like the best value store. They seem to have a better selection of women's cloths but quick men's basics and fun accessories at really affordable prices. I would say the quality it kinda like old navy clothing wise. I went shopping with my wife in the had a bunch of cute sweater dresses and some nice sweaters for men mostly under $30 dollars. Soft material good stitching. It's not super couture but you can cherry pick some nice stuff.

    Great store!!

I had heard of Primark before and knew it wasn't an American chain. It's actually a Dublin, Ireland based store. Pretty cool! The store is close to Macy's in downtown Chicago. The store is really nice and I can't believe the prices! The employees were friendly and I wish we had one in Indy!!! This is a great place to get gifts as well as clothing, shoes, apparel, beauty, and home decor and I'm sure much more. They have a children's section as well with lots of cute clothes. It has escalators to take you to each floor conveniently. Great place to shop!!

Loved loved this store. I wish they had one in LA because it is so cute and amazing deals. I went I. And immediately saw so many cute things and sweaters. I came out with a huge bag of clothing and had to make room in my carry on for these things. Will definitely shop here again if I am ever in Chicago. While walking around Chicago I saw so many tourists with their Primark bags as well so it seems that shopping here is a must when visiting Chicago. The store is huge! It's three amazing floors full of clothes. Definitely a must shop stop when in Chicago.

First time visit to Primark today. A friend mentioned they had a large children's section so we went in to take a look. They definitely do, but I'm not sure it's worth it for me to shop here. It's an easy walk down here on my lunch break but other than that it's not super convenient since public transport isn't my bag. A couple things, like the infant sleep sacks, piqued my interest but the rest was hit or miss. On the one hand it can be nice to get cheap things for a baby who spits up on just about everything; on the other I feel some level of guilt over supporting fast fashion. So if I'm going to participate in that I might as well get it from Target or Amazon which are a lot more convenient.

    My fave $8 graphic t-shirt.

Hey fellow Yelp users! I went to this Primark location on Friday, March 17, 2023 to go on a shopping spree. I found some decent beauty clearance items and even some stuff for my boyfriend. One of my fave go to stores whenever I'm in the downtown area. Women's Section: The first section I always look at as soon as I go to this store. I didn't say anything good in the clearance sections. Btw, they are spread around the store, so always look for red signs with a price on it. As always, a cute selection of clothes. Also can't go wrong with $4.50 t-shirts. Beauty Section: They had some decent clearance items. I got 2 sets of 6 piece hair clips for $1 each & a hair turban for $1. Can't go wrong with $1 items am I right? Men's Section: This was my 1st time going to the men's section. They had some decent items. I ended up getting my boyfriend a DBZ breathable like material t-shirt for $16, which isn't bad for a DBZ shirt. I also got him some cute swimming trunks to match the DBZ shirt. They have lots of stuff from shorts, jeans, underwear, socks, etc. Overall Shopping Experience: Overall, I had a good time shopping here. I found some good beauty accessories & the 2 cutest keychains ever. I'm happy with my purchases even though I spent more on my boyfriend's stuff than my own stuff lol. I hope this helps this Primark location & Primark customers. Have a nice day!

    Good winter finds

    Do they sell plus sizes?

It is very much skewed towards straight sizes. I found a few sweaters up to US 20, some shorts 16-18 and sleepwear 2x. No dresses or blouses. Men's trended similar.

I usually hit up Bloomingdale's across the street for my fix; this location, with its spacious interiors and vast accessory and shoe sections to complement the delectable wearables, made me realize just what I was missing. As a walk down retail memory lane, Cop Copine (now in the 900 North Shops) used to be in this location. There was only one other customer in the store and the retail experience was what I appreciate the most- attentive without being overbearing. I ended up with a dress for an event in April (originally $600, marked down to $350) and a skirt and top. Unfortunately for me - maybe not so much for my pocketbook - the full skirt that I was eyeing (on full price) was not available in my size. The personalized service and nifty garment bag that folded up and over into shopping-bag proportions all contributed to my good shopping vibes. Word to the wise: the sale will be ending in a matter of days, at which time all the goods will be packed up and shipped off to the warehouse to make way for Spring 2015 goods. If you want to check out the sale goods while they still last, I suggest coming here without delay.

Really love the comfortable feeling clothes here and all the varieties if dresses, cute tops, boxer…read morestyle shorts intimates and sweaters. I've shopped here multiple times with my Pyrenees and I love the fact that everything here is either 100% cotton or very close to it. All the intimates I've purchased fit extremely well or I wouldn't keep coming back. I prefer leaving five stars as a local guide but instead I'm leaving three because of the fact that you can't try on anything here before you buy it so if you aren't a Chicago local you're out of luck. So far i haven't had to return anything though because all of these dresses have adjustable straps and if you buy drawstring shorts you can tighten or loosen the material to fit your body type. I am only five foot one so I can definitely fit into these clothes. The only item that didn't fit me well are a pair of denim shorts I purchased but I may either resell them or lose a bit of weight lol. Here all the fitting rooms are permanently closed. But what really upset me yesterday was the fact that I wanted to try on a metallic gold sweater top but the security guard stopped me and said it's the store policy that no one can try anything on not even a sweater! I don't agree with that policy nor have I ever shopped at a boutique women's clothing store where you can't try on something as simple as a sweater! I also wish to add that when you check out not all the girls are friendly. You're told that all intimates are non refundable as a warning and they never ask you if you've had a pleasant shopping experience. They ring everything up kind of like it's just a job to them then ask you if you want a bag? May I suggest to upper management that you train your staff to be kinder and bag everything up. Better yet provide cute cloth bags as a kindness a cute complimentary cloth bag that we can reuse like the bags provided by Free People brand so that it's eco friendly! In summary some of the staff are polite enough to want to help but yesterday there weren't enough sales crew on the floor and some of the cashiers were looking kind of harried. Love the clothes strongly disagree with the no try on before you buy policy here!

I'm glad they changed it to the current location that has two levels and is much more spacious, but it STILL feels too crowded in there each time I've gone (especially on the weekends). My biggest pet peeve here is that the line to go to the dressing room has people blocking entire walls of clothes, so other shoppers can't really look at those items. The employees (who could be mistaken for shoppers most of the time) are typically folding clothes constantly, which also makes it difficult if they are working on folding a section and I can't really browse that section if they are standing in the way. I try to understand because with the amount of traffic in and out of this store, they definitely try to keep it looking nice and neat. Also was sad they had no free stickers or pins by the register this time like they usually do. Womp womp. I've been here many times because I hate paying their expensive shipping prices. It's a great place to just get simple clothes for everyday wear. Their prices are more affordable when compared to other shops too. They always have new styles every time I come here. Can't wait for the Naperville location to open! Hopefully it won't be as crowded. It'll also be more close to me too. Yay :D
