They…read morewere quick, at one point it was going to rain mid-way through the install so they pulled out all the stops and they got my roof done ahead of schedule before it rained. Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR! I've never found a company that is this helpful or this responsive.

This is a long overdue review. I used their services back in spring of 2023. This was after I had…read morecalled several other companies which didn't call me back and one sent someone but they just looked at it and never contacted us again, and another never showed up. I read lots of amazing reviews on Mundae and requested a service. They were so responsive and talked me through the process. It wasn't long before someone came out to take several tests that consist of an air sample outside and inside and an actual sample of the mold, and a walk around to see if they spot more mold anywhere else. The report came back quick and scheduling of the mold remediation was quick. 3 workers were sent and it took half a day total since it was just our upstairs that needed it. Everyone we encountered was friendly, kind, and informative. Responsive whether it was text, phone call, or email. Appreciate the speediness in which the issue was resolved and felt very pleased with the service. Also I can report back that since then no more mold has appeared. I highly recommend them and have their info saved in case I need them in the future but honestly I hope I really don't.

EMRG sent someone out to take pictures for the estimate, and he proposed that we hire Spire (an affiliated company) to handle hail damage to our roof as well; this way, our insurer could place the siding and roof on the same claim and charge only the one deductible. It was a very hard sell, and I had the feeling that I was talking to a salesman rather than a specialist. We like our roofer and told the EMRG/Spire rep, "No thanks, but please DO send that siding estimate." Over the course of a month, I made this request several times. At first they merely delayed. In the end, they stopped replying and ghosted me altogether. The work on the shed was good, but the crappy treatment afterwards earns them no more than three stars.
