Many of the places were 4-7 days to get in for a repair.. we had an accident and our window shattered, we were gearing up to go on vacation 2 days later.. we were in a panic. These guys got us right in the next day and told us to come by the evening before to store our vehicle so that it would not get hit by rain. Classy!! They were fast, simple and easy! I did have to call later in the day to see if the van was ready so likely a busy spot and it's worth following up on your own. Not a fancy pants spot so if you need special attention and glamorous waiting areas you may prefer a different place. I am so glad I called AutoGlass Discounters next. I called them, they answered immediately,and then we made an appointment for a day later, fitting with my availability. They gave me a quote on the spot for my Honda Civic's rear quarter panel replacement and checked to see they had it in stock. They let me know they'd meet me at my house. The day of the appointment, they called me to say they could come earlier to my house if I wanted, which was great, though I kept the original time due to my availability. The repairperson Thomas was very prompt, very polite and professional. He easily found the meeting spot I asked him to meet me at. It was a very hot summer day, and we were in the dead of the sun, but Thomas made it go by easy by being so well-natured and making me laugh. He fixed the quarter panel and reassembled everything back together again and vacuumed out the broken glass from the back of my car. So I filed a claim with my insurance and selected Precision Auto Works for repairs. Precision gave me a same-day estimate, worked with my insurance, and scheduled a repair at my convenience. Precision's estimate was ~$200 more than my (virtual) insurance estimate but I only paid my deductible and Precision sorted the difference out with my insurer. No problem! 3 days after dropping off my car, it was fixed, washed, and waxed. It looks just like new! I've attached photos for reference.

The work has always been completed on time, and the paint quality has been amazing. As car dealerships continue to consolidate it's becoming harder and harder to find high-quality repair facilities in our area. Very bad experience at this shop…read more The wife of the owner asked me to sign a document relieving them from any liability concerning the installation of a new windshield in my car. I refused to sign the document at which time I was told I had to sign the document, that I had "no choice". I refused to sign the additional document that they had prepared. I simply wanted my cracked windshield replaced. The owner and his wife then jointly acted very unprofessionally by threatening me and repeating that I "had to" sign the document. I again refused and asked them if they were refusing to release my car. The $100 had been paid and the insurance company had covered the rest. I was asked to leave the property and never return. I would suggest that you join me and never, ever, patronize this business.

The guys that came to my home to install my windshield were my heroes! They took less time than the prior company, installed my windshield flawlessly, and were both professional and a joy to deal with. Someone ran into the front end of my 2021 BMW 4 series at a stop sign…read more I chose Mike's Collision Repair because his shop is located near my house and was an authorized repair shop through State Farm insurance. After filing the claim, Mike's setup an appointment to estimate the repairs the next day. Mike, the owner, who worked with me throughout the entire repair, was upfront from day one stating that it'd likely be 5 weeks before my car was repaired. This was due to supply chain issues and the number of scheduled repairs ahead of me. Nonetheless, he ordered the parts immediately after preparing the estimate. About two or three weeks after the estimate, he had me drop my car off. Repairs at his shop took about 5 days (which included replacing the front end, the hood, and paint). My car also had to go to a BMW shop to diagnose why the air intake shutters wouldn't open after installation. That took 2-3 days because the BMW shop forgot they had to work on my car. Despite the long wait for my car to be fixed (about a month in total - but I had a rental during this time through my insurance) Mike was great at communicating status and what was going on. He's a super personable guy, and my car looks brand new - pictures attached. In summary, I'd highly recommend getting repairs from Mike's Collision if you're ever in an accident.
