Erez replaced the locks on a house we recently purchased. I have nothing but positive feedback. He was very flexible in the initial scheduling and was completely professional while performing the work. In deciding on the locks to use, Erez laid out various options without applying any pressure to select more expensive locks. The locks I ultimately chose require very precisely cut keys. Wow!! Excellent Service. Our initial call was to have a deadbolt replaced and then on the day of Erez's arrival, I realized that another lock was not functioning. I was concerned that he may not have time for both items. Well, I was presently surprised. Erez took care of the original call item and swiftly moved the the non-functional lock. Flew in from London, arriving very late Saturday night to a front door that would not open and thus kept us out of our home. Locksmith used before was not answering call, so went to hotel. Erez was great. Arrived promptly and opened an old Sentry safe (be careful with them; they can be finicky) quickly. Reasonable charge for the effort that was the same as what he quoted me on the phone. He then opened a lock box that I had lost the key for.
