We contacted Blackjack Locksmith in a major panic on Sunday morning. Our young son who has Down Syndrome had locked himself into the bathroom of our new house, and was not able to follow our instructions to unlock the door. I called Blackjack Locksmith, and Erez Ahdut told me he was not nearby but would help me out by phone. He did a FaceTime video call and walked me through how to open the interior door.
