It was 20 mins and as the car pulled up to the curb, I was phoning the doctor's office to make sure they'd still honor my appointment because now I'm going to arrive LATE. - The office manager told me "no" because the doctor was fully booked and he needed to leave to go to another facility. She rescheduled me for the following week. - This Car Service is the one my doctor's office recommended and I've used them in the past with no issues. So this was disappointing because I had to tell the driver I wasn't taking the ride. - So I'm giving 3 stars based on this inconvenience caused by the miscommunication.
