Dear Calvin, You confirmed the timings with me at a price that was agreeable to you for 17 passenger limos for the date, time, and location. You sent a confirmation message with a time, and everything was confirmed. After which, you asked me Zelle or Venmo payment on this. I insisted on credit card payment. You sent me the request for payment, and I paid the amount. Even the driver was assigned, you made a group chat send confirmation with the driver assigned in that also. You then got another booking with a higher price and canceled mine. You argued and fought with us, telling us that you are doing a favor. I told you, it is no favor, it is your business. I told you this is not correct business ethics. Once you have my booking you can not make another one with a higher price and cancel mine. However, you did what was best for you. I'm glad we didn't use you, as I see several people here have expressed their opinions. I feel I was cheated and tricked, you used my booking on a safe hand and started shopping for higher margins, when you got you fought with us and switched. This could ruin events that may rely on transportation with vendors like yourself. YELP helps customers to state their experiences and saves others from making wrong decisions. First and foremost, I wasn't even going to give you any more of my energy since you pissed me off on Saturday. The fact you stated we had a contract show me signatures where did I sign I'll wait. I never once stalled to pay. DRIVER stated that i should send him the payment cause he really doesn't want to talk to you because you are not good at communicating ,you kept yelling. I sent him two different payments, one from Navy Federal, one from BOA, due to the fact NF wasn't allowing me to send such a big amount. The fact that you stated we left the first vehicle a mess, did you forget you had to drop us off to switch to a different vehicle due to the vehicle being small!!!! Our drinke got left behind. To state that we did not tip, why should I you made us late? we spent at least 45 mins trying to figure out how some people were going to sit (I stood the whole time) Made you late come on 2 of the girls were lost couldn't find where you parked!!!FYI we never called the driver not one name why would we was just a driver which he made clear plus I don't think he was mean he just got mixed up in the cross fire. read more

Ruined my birthday event!!!!! So, for starters, this company is obviously not size inclusive, so females, if you're not a size 10 or less, don't waste your time. We requested a 15-passenger vehicle ( which would mean that in case of an emergency, everyone should be able to sit with a seatbelt), not the case.... we received a 10 passenger vehicle and was told that it is to fit 15 "AVERAGE SIZE" people... which is a safety hazard within itself... make it make sense. To top it off, not only were we in a vehicle that was too small, the air conditioning didn't work, we had to stop mid way to our destination to open the door for air. At this point we were frustrated. Fast forward to the end of the night, the vehicle was swapped out part of our group got separated it took about 30+ mins to find the bus the whole time the driver was ready to leave the people who were lost.
