Jim's was the only place in the area that answered our need and not only came within 15 minutes but towed us back to Illinois so we could have the support of our family around us while our car got worked on. It was a Friday at 5pm and the after hours charge was minimal. Their prices are set and affordable. We were charged for the mileage to our location, but they didn't rake us over the coals. Our driver was incredibly helpful, he waited for our family to grab our 4 children and then let us ride in the cab with him. Absolutely 10/10 services. I can't thank them enough!
