I would have to say that my experience at Simmons Auto Body, in Edgerton, Wisconsin is and has been the best experience I have had in my entire life! There are so many plus's they are too numerous to count. A friend referred me to Josh Simmons because of their experience at Simmons. Although after hitting a deer, my insurance gave me two preferred Auto Body placed to go, I was so disappointed instantly with their, lack of service, attitudes demeanor, and expertise, and rudeness. Also, young hired girls give a quick uncaring estimate. However, at Josh's being the owner with a great deal of knowledge, put my mind to rest that I was in the BEST OF CARE. But walking into Josh Simmons, he himself the OWNER, is who greets you, listens with a very keen ear and heart with over 39 years of experience. WOW, did it show!! His estimate was lower, but what they did for my car was incredible. It looked better than when I bought it new, inside and out. I'm a Scriptural woman and Proverbs 20:7, and 1st Chronicles 29:17 talk about INTEGRITY in the eyes of the LORD. And Simmons Auto Body surpassed all of that and more. A few months ago we had a little 'collision' between a refrigerator and my husband's precious Mercedes SUV... it was a relatively deep scratch and even the ever-so-calm Norwegian was a bit upset. We are relatively new to the area and didn't know where to go to get it repaired, but the few folks we know in the area all recommended Simmons, so we thought we would take it over and see what they thought. Josh took a detailed look, told us in plain language what needed to be done, presented options on how he could go about it and what he would do if it was his vehicle... and acknowledged that the SUV was in really good shape for a 2014, which my husband appreciated :) Within a few days Josh and his team had it all fixed up and the paint matched perfectly - and very reasonably priced! They were very helpful, kind and no-bull... just folks who take pride in their work and want to make sure the customer is satisfied. Its been a few months now, and there have been many times when my husband has walked by the corner where the scratch was, rubbed his hand over it and said, 'I can't believe how good of a job those guys did, I'm really impressed'... and my husband doesn't get impressed by much. Prince Frederick Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM instructed me to take my 2021 Ram 1500(with less than 20,400 miles and never in an accident) to Chris because I had a water intrusion for the third time in less than a year. Supposedly the 1st and 2nd times were fixed. The dealership needed validation to get me relief from corporate. Chris found the leak and texted me pictures of the water running into the cab. He notified the dealership. Chris had the truck for two weeks and constantly contacted the dealership waiting for approval to make the repair. Chris was continually in contact with me with updates on his conversations with the dealership. In the end corporate stated, not covered, glass seals were only covered for 12 months or 12,000 miles. The dealership didn't cover it either. Chis found and fixed the leak that no one else found. He is the one you need if your Ram has water intrusions. I stopped for an estimate and was emailed the proposal for the work and I was accommodated the very next day with an appointment to have the work completed. I was offered a car to use while mine was being repaired. Upon taking my car back, it looked like nothing had ever happened to the trunk. I highly recommend Simmons Auto Body.
