However, they have a rule that you're not allowed to contact the driver directly at all. I've never been told not to contact a driver in all the services I've ever used for airport or other pick ups so this seems very odd. They gave me the driver's phone number, but sent me many admonitions never to contact him before during or after the service. I always like to make sure with drivers myself that they understand what time to pick up, that they need to wear a mask, etc., etc. So not being able to do this left me very frustrated and not sure I'd do the service again. UPDATE MGL responded that they only asked me to not contact the driver before the trip. That's not true they sent me several texts that literally say "do not contact the driver before or after the trip" and they went onto continue messaging not to bother the driver as he may be with other clients.

The booking was on very short notice and the coordinator, Priscilla, was very helpful in braking down their rates and vehicle inventory. Thanks Priscilla! Ray, our driver, was a consummate professional. Great service, pleasant to talk to, and did a fantastic job shuttling us around San Francisco on a Saturday night. I can only imagine the hoops he had to jump through to park that monster of a car while my friends and I were enjoying our night on the town. Ray drove us all around the city and the east bay over the course of our evening. He did well dealing with late night traffic and city driving; the ride was smooth and we didn't have any close calls or scares that I sometimes get with the odd rideshare driver. What I paid for the excellent service was actually a bit less than I was expecting. The terms of the booking stipulated extra fees for drop-offs or stops outside of the pickup/dropoff location.
