My husband & I were in a panic, because my elderly mother-in-law was flying from Las Vegas to Oakland alone, and her regular ride/pickup was not available. She uses a wheelchair and cane and had a large heavy suitcase, which she could not lift. She said she would take an Uber, but we were concerned that she wouldn't be able to get her bag in/out of the car and up a few stairs to her home. My husband considered flying back with her, which would have been about $500 (r/t). I did an internet search on Oakland airport transportation options for elderly persons and Angel Limo popped up. I called and spoke to Mani, who was very helpful. He provided the quote and sent the reservation very quickly. We were able to pay online, so my mother-in-law didn't need to be bothered with the payment. She arrived in Oakland early and the driver was waiting for her. The trip went well and the driver assisted her with her bag. They also provided emails when the driver was enroute, when he arrived at the airport and when my mother-in-law was dropped off. I didn't see the emails until later in the day, but I thought it was a very nice touch. Might have been better if I received text messages, but this was still better than any limo service I've used previously. I will definitely use Anger Worldwide again!! read more

One of the worst experience I had with this company. I reserved a limo for 6 people for a birthday celebration. The Limo arrived without any gas. And not only that limo was dirty, they had put some duct tape to prevent water leak from the sun roof area. The duct tape appeared to be weathered and was peeling off. It was raining hard and water leaked like a water fountain. Ladies dresses were wet. No alternatives were provided and no attempt was made to remedy any of the situation. We had to use red plastic cups to capture leaking water and purchased and used some paper towels from the gas station while Limo was being filled. What I do not understand, Why would you send a limo with known leaking problem, you obviously knew it since you put the duct tapes as a remedy. Also, why send car with empty gas tank and have ladies wait while your car is looking for near by gas stations. Who serves quality drinks in disposable red plastic cups. What happen to wine and cocktail glasses culture? Additionally, the driver tried collecting extra gratuity claiming that the cash gratuity is going to the company instead. I paid 130/hr with an additional 20% gratuity. I also paid for extra 2 hours at 130/hr in the end since we arrived late. I should've known better when they demanded payment to be made via zelle. This company is a worse with third class setup. I will never hire this company again for any of my transportation need read more

I used Angel for my wedding day, and I was very happy with the service. The staff was friendly and easy to communicate with, and they were clear on what services I was getting. They were also flexible with changes, which was helpful when our plans changed a few times. They were also the most cost effective option that I could find in the Bay! We had a slight miscommunication with the driver at the end of the night, but Jay and team were so apologetic after the fact and compensated us for the mixup. That is all you can really hope for on such an important day. Overall, I would highly recommend Angel for your transportation needs. They provided a great service at a reasonable price. We wanted to give an update from our recent booking. Unfortunately, we were completely unsatisfied with the transportation. The air conditioner DID NOT WORK. We had 10 people in the hummer limousine, all extremely hot and sweating. The driver tried his best to cool it down, but it was not possible. This is unacceptable in a luxury rental and not at all what we paid for. Also, the stereo equipment would not work without a lot of trial and error. It should be set up so all you need to do is plug in a phone or a device. We spent over a half an hour trying to get the stereo to work correctly. My family is in high tech, so this is not a challenge for them usually, but this time it was. Again, unacceptable! Lastly, I had informed Angel Worldwide I would have a car seat for a toddler. There were no seatbelts accessible. The driver said it does not come with seatbelts. My daughter searched and found a set, digging deep into the disgustingly dirty crevasses and struggled to free them in the 90+ degree vehicle and installed the seat. All of these things took away from our time and our experience. The vehicle was definitely in need of an overhaul. Besides the air conditioning issue and the electronics problems, the roof was well beyond its life and was peeling. No pride in ownership showing. This is not a way to run a business and get return customers, let alone good reviews. Someone needs to step up and take care of your vehicles. An extremely unhappy client. read more

I do NOT enjoy writing unfavorable reviews for products and services, but I feel if my bad situation can benefit others, it is worth the time and effort. As we all know, hiring a limo is all about the positive experience, the music, comfort and ride. Unfortunately, with Angel Worldwide Transportation we had none of it. The Hummer limo we rented for my wife' birthday celebration with our adult children had several issues but the two main issues were: 1) No Air-conditioning. At the time the limo arrived the outside temperature was near 100 degrees. When we entered the limo only hot air was blowing around. The driver confirmed the air conditioning had been running for more than 30 minutes but was still not working. With only two open-able windows in the limo, this ride was completely uncomfortable for all. 2) The stereo had no cable to connect our phones with our playlists. Without any instructions from the driver (who did not know) and written documentation, we spend 30 minutes trying to connect by Bluetooth. It was by "hit-or-miss" that we did finally make a Bluetooth connection that was intermittent at best during the whole ride. Angel Worldwide Transportation did NOT meet our expectation for music, comfort and ride. We do NOT recommend using this service as we will NOT be using them in the future. If Angel would have responded to our written concerns the Monday after our trip, I would not be writing this review. However they chose to ignore us with no reply 2 weeks later. read more

When reserving the limo, I was easily able to speak with someone over the phone to see if they would be able to accommodate my request. My chauffeur, Gil Torda, arrived a few minutes early, which I gratefully appreciated because I was on a strict time schedule. Despite all the tight spaces I had us go to during our trip, Gil was able to successfully maneuver around and get us to every location without issue. He was the perfect gentlemen and deserves a raise! The limo itself was clean and well maintained. Since the only passengers were me and my fiancée, there was plenty of space. Best limo experience ever! James was our limo driver and he is such a sweetheart. I can't say anything bad about him. He never complained even though the instructions were being given randomly on our wedding day. I couldn't get out of the car since we were doing a traditional Filipino wedding and he kept me companied and when I asked him that he can turn the car engine off, he said it's fine because he wants the AC on for me.
