I was directed to a green house and picked 3 plants. On the 2nd day, the plants started turning brown on one side. I put them in the sun to see if I was directed to shade plants by the sales person. The plants started to bounce back in the sun. Aiden at Estabrooks refused to refund my $84.00 and did not offer me any other compensation. They should stand behind their plants and their employees should provide accurate info. I will ship at O'Donals from now on. They value me as a customer.

From my understanding there are a minimum of five different businesses within the space. There was a small silver jewelry company, an artist had contributed some beautiful paintings which hung on the walls and were available for purchase, there was a paper business which sold cards, stickers and small journals, eco-friendly bug spray, therapeutic massage, and Moon Lady Plants. Kristy is the moon lady. Her experience and knowledge with plants is vast and filled with passion. She has a variety of plants in the space and can also find any that you might be looking for. On display she had multiple variations of monstera, succulents, string of pearls, zz, and more. She also sold planters, macramé plant slings, hoodies with her logo, plaid misters, and other small plant accessories. If you're looking for information on plant care or for something special, Kristy is the way to go. It's great to see someone earning a living doing what they're most passionate about.

Today I finally called him out in the store because enough is enough. It's inappropriate, unwelcome, and has made me feel uncomfortable every time I've walked through the door.
