It's fast and efficient, and even on the cheapest option ($10.00) my car always looks show-room ready in less than 3 minutes. Once I am through the automated car wash, I can then pull in to one of the numerous bays to vacuum and detail the interior. I have never had a problem with finding a parking space, and the overhead shade provided is great on those really hot North Carolina days. The vacuums always have plenty of suction to tackle the sand in my carpets from going to the beach, and the attendants always make sure that there is plenty of room in the garbage cans conveniently located throughout the parking lot. They charged an exorbitant amount to replace my alternator and battery (battery was 2 months old)…read moreand on top of that did not tighten the alternator enough. I was able to wiggle the alternator by hand, which caused the belt to slip and unstable voltage. This triggered multiple codes including O2 sensor heater codes. Once I tightened it myself, some of the codes went away. Still feeling with residual electrical problems from that. Bad business these guys. STAY AWAY!

I wanted basic things like seatbelts , plastic door panels and scuffs removed , and they told me they'd cover that and then some. When I received my car the tires were dirty, and there were dirty spots everywhere that we talked about and said would be cleaned, and they weren't stained, they just hadn't been touched, I was able to scrape it with my fingernail and take the dirt off easily.
