Oil change tech lied and manager backed up the employee versus looking up my records and seeing that I've never used synthetic oil in this vehicle. Waited thirty minutes for the guy to start my car and he lied and said the car in front of me caused some extra work. There was no car in front of me in the oil change bay. I was the only one getting oil changed at the time. Never again. This place sucks and deserves is low rating. Beware.

Well, have you ever heard the joke about wives after getting married?.. these vacuums suck less than that. I checked out three vacuums, trying to find one that could do its job. I just wish I could find a car wash like the one I had in Indiana(Drive & Shine). They had a team of teens set up to vacuum, wipe down, glass clean, tire shine, and more, all along a quick conveyor belt. In and out in under 3 minutes. Totally an amazing service and they do amazingly well. Free with the membership for that car wash too. Totally and completely worth every penny. This car wash? I get none of that unless I pay a lot more, and/or do it myself. So, I'll keep doing it myself. Sucks to be this business model!

What makes this place so great is that the wash actually cleans your vehicle and your roof is scrubbed not just sprayed. Washing my vehicle is a necessity and Emerald Oasis makes it easy! They have the vibrating mat cleaner, towels and spray to clean/detail the inside! Regardless of the season they are always open and the staff are friendly!

I didn't notice it until I came home. I returned to the Greenclean on the same day around 7pm to let the workers know. They were completely apologetic and told me they noticed about an hour after I left that it wasn't working. They kept apologizing as if it was their fault to the point I started feeling bad that I came through to complain lol. However, the two young guys sent me through the washer again and told me if it didn't work this time he would get some tire shine and apply it himself. Which he ended up doing because the roller got caked up and didn't distribute the tire shine properly. Long story short I think these two guys did a phenomenal job at trying to rectify the situation and customer service was world class to be so young. I appreciate their service.

I still had to wipe the car down and not all the bugs came off hood or window. Vacuumed yourself, and they provide towels. They also give you a wet wipe for dash. No tire dressing but I have it at home so no biggie. All in all for 25.00 not a bad deal. I'd come again.

We waited over an hour and a half for them to finish. Once they finished they had missed wiping down alot and left obvious dirty spots and didnt even wipe stereo off which was left dusty. Then you are suppose to get a smell good for the car and they had never have us that either. Our experience here was very bad and I will not take my car here again for it was a waste of my money.
