Oil change tech lied and manager backed up the employee versus looking up my records and seeing that I've never used synthetic oil in this vehicle. Waited thirty minutes for the guy to start my car and he lied and said the car in front of me caused some extra work. There was no car in front of me in the oil change bay. I was the only one getting oil changed at the time. Never again. This place sucks and deserves is low rating. Beware.

I just wish I could find a car wash like the one I had in Indiana(Drive & Shine). They had a team of teens set up to vacuum, wipe down, glass clean, tire shine, and more, all along a quick conveyor belt. In and out in under 3 minutes. Totally an amazing service and they do amazingly well. Free with the membership for that car wash too. Totally and completely worth every penny. This car wash? What makes this place so great is that the wash actually cleans your vehicle and your roof is scrubbed not just sprayed. Washing my vehicle is a necessity and Emerald Oasis makes it easy! Several of the vacuums are either off, broken or very little suction from the hoses. Employees block the exit from the wash leaving very little room to drive around to the vacuum cleaners. We waited over an hour and a half for them to finish. Once they finished they had missed wiping down alot and left obvious dirty spots and didnt even wipe stereo off which was left dusty.
