He will be me and my family's Dentist forever! I told him of my husband's cancer and he shared with me about a person who had almost identical looking cancer in the same spot. He gave me hope for my husband being healed like that person was. He shared no personal information about that person but I have hope that my husband will be healed. He is a believer in Jesus and I trust him implicitly! He gave me hope, information, kindness, and a feeling of security. Thank you God for this Dentist! His office is very clean and very, very sanitary. They take every precaution there which I like. Oh and another Dentist there whose name is Doctor Jay has a support dog named Snoopy for the patients. It doesn't matter if you see Dr. Clark or Dr. Jay Snoopy is available for both Doctors., They give you his treats to give to Snoopy and he does tricks for you! While the procedure is being done Snoopy will lay on your lap if you want him too. Dr. Jay is very warm, charming, and professional. He came over to us and introduced himself to us along with Snoopy. He chatted with us awhile and I like him a lot! Then there is Natasha, don't you just love her name? She is Dr. Clark's Dental Assistant and she is wonderful! She is very gentle and you feel like you have known her your entire life! She took an X-ray of one of my teeth that had been giving me pain. Since I have a gagging reflex she had another Assistant help her by pushing the button on the X-ray machine while she inserted the X-ray. Therefore it was in such a small time that my gagging reflex did not kick in. Natasha is thoughtful, accommodating and gentle. I like her. She is down to earth. She cleans all the instruments right after use too. She sanitizes them. The office girls are outstanding. They are accurate in their job and ensure their Doctor's have no worries about anything. There is Kimberly who makes sure her office runs smoothly. She is very personable and has the patience of a Saint. She really works with you and she appears to be a multitasker. I swear she has octopus hands doing many things at once . She does her work very well. Carolina is so sweet. We wanted to see Snoopy and she brought him to us and she came with snacks for us to feed him. Shortly after was when we met Dr. Jay that brought Snoopy back for us to see. Front desk then revealed a different doctor handles the treatment, but he only comes in once a quarter. Why wasn't I scheduled with him from the start? When front desk convinced me to go back in, that same doctor suddenly claimed they could get the treatment approved - but I'd have to pay out of pocket for the medication. He was making definitive statements about insurance coverage when he clearly had no idea what he was talking about. Front desk promised to file appeals on my behalf. Three weeks of total silence. I called back multiple times through their call center - each call got me a different story and no callback from anyone at the actual office. First they said yes they do appeals, then no they don't. I even had to call to find out they canceled my appointment - they never bothered to contact me. I requested a refund. They refused, claiming appeals were filed when I can see in my app that only the initial request exists. This office is completely disorganized, the doctor doesn't know his own policies, and nobody there is on the same page.

Even for a child receiving care, I think it may present a notable magnitude of difficulty to consistently return to clinic. The limited hours at this clinic make it quite difficult to receive allergy shots regularly, only being open during weekdays as above: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. In my mind, this absolutely makes sense for the availability of the physician onsite for consultations or follow-ups, but for the clinic as a whole failing to be more available to simply administer repeat allergy injections, I'm struggling to understand. The care I received was fine, and all the clinicians are pleasant. The physician was swift with the consult, the nurses are quick with administration of treatment, and the front-desk gets the job done. It's worth noting that after an initial consultation and plan to start allergy shots, the shots won't be ready for a significant amount of time. I believe mine were not available until around 5-6 months after my consult. I hope to work out a solution, since I have already paid for the entirety of allergy shots but began working full-time shortly after my treatment was approved. Is it urgent or not? I mean I got about 8 tubes of blood taken out of me. Just tell me the results! Has she even looked at my results? Did she care to let me know what they mean? What are next steps? Never in my life has a doctor refused to call with results. I am still itching like crazy every time my cat gets near me and randomly if I touch a certain plant or my dogs food dishes. My hands will itch like crazy and I have to put lotion on them and take an Allegra. So what's the deal with the immune panel? I now have to call my regular doctor to have them refer me elsewhere. Although, I know the risks of Lasik procedure, I still need to know what kind of machine they use, their surgery procedure, cleanliness, clinic's mitigation and/ action in case of power failure or worse case machine failure. I know, I sound like an extremist, but I should be! After all, my eyes are important part of my body. I can't replace my eyes that easy, even if it's replaceable, it will be very costly. Remember, prevention is cheaper than treatment! It took me about a year and 7 doctor interviews before finding Dr. Rabinowitz. Trust me, I've done my research and not just yelp research, I personally go to the doctor's clinic and interview the doctors and its staffs as well. I have to make sure, doctors are specialized in Lasik Eye Surgery and aren't just doing the procedure for the money. If you're looking for a great Lasik doctor, don't just look at yelp or the clinic's website, you got to check out the place and interview the doctor. In one instance, I found this other lasik clinic in downtown LA, who claims to have the latest technology, most affordable and has the most rated reviews in yelp. Yet, going to the facility was a huge disappointment. They might have the best reviews but how many of them were actually true. I went to that clinic, it took 2 hours of my precious time (with 5 minutes of eye examination, 15 minutes of chit chat with the doctor not even related to lasik and the rest was waiting). By the end of that interview I found out that the facility was not even using a bladeless technology because the doctor does not trust computers (yet uses a laser machine). There was another instance where I found another doctor who would jump right in to schedule me for lasik after his assistant examined my eyes. But then his assistant doesn't even know the surgery procedure. His assistant is probably new, but it was a big no no for me. Then I found Cornea Eye Institute and met Dr. Rabinowitz. At first, I thought he's one of those doctors who would do surgery for the money without considering the risks on the patient. But I was wrong. I guess I interviewed too many money sucking doctors and I judged Dr. Rabinowitz so quickly. After my eye examination, Dr. Rabinowitz laid out all the risks of lasik procedure. Not only that, we gave me a brief lecture on the anatomy of the eyes and how the lasik works. Its like taking Lasik 101. It was a scary discussion, but this is something that I NEED to know (and everybody whose considering lasik needs to know). Aside from that, Dr. Rabinowitz was extra cautious. It was around end of October when I had my first appointment with him and wished to have lasik done before Thanksgiving. Although, my eyes are in-range of not having dry eyes (but in the lower level of wetness), Dr. Rabinowitz delayed my lasik surgery schedule to ensure that my eyes are in best condition as possible. This is to avoid complications. He gave me instructions on how to take care of my eyes prior the procedure. I had my surgery performed on Dec 10, 2015. Surgery was really fast. Dr. Rabinowitz, ensured me that I was comfortable as possible. He gave some relaxation medicine, so that I am calmed during the procedure. Being the "best" doctor would be an understatement; he surpassed that description and my expectation. With high quality of customer service, observing patient safety together with knowledge on this area, what else I can ask for. I was beyond blessed to have my lasik done under his care. Now I have 20/15 vision on both eyes, no halos, no dry eyes and no more four-eyes.
