Very unprofessional went in today for my appointment came in 15 minutes earlier prior to my appointment 5:10 PM 10 minutes after my appointment no one assisted me other than the receptionist that checked me in at 4:45 who then walked out and left for the day and told me I would be assisted, I can clearly hear to employees gossiping in the back for that entire period of time when I rang the bell to let them know how much longer the employee said you've only been waiting for 10 minutes. First off this place is way better than Santa Clarita imaging off of McBean which recently messed me up and denied me on scheduling now this place was great .Very nice staff the tech Eric was very professional and very helpful . I liked that they have an open MRI . I'm claustrophobic so my doctor scheduled me here. It didn't make a difference. The tech had zero skills with regard to handling patients - I asked for a tissue and was handed a wad of toilet paper! The place is low budget and it looks temporary. Some examples: Hollow doors - when the machine isn't clicking you can hear complete conversations between the tech and the receptionist. No mirror in the dressing room. Too hot, and that's a problem when you're claustrophobic. The tech doesn't talk to you. No music. No headphones. (The mural on the wall is put up with scotch TAPE.) It's DIRTY. THICK DUST ON THE BASEBOARDS AND FLAT SURFACES. Yuck! Finally, their image quality is poor - poor in fact that I had to go back and have images redone. They did prepare a cd for me while I waited but trying to get the radiologist's report to my doctor was a fiasco. What a huge waste of time! My doctor is now sending me elsewhere for more imaging because these were insufficient. read more

Customer service was fine. How ever the machines they use to take imagery is extremely outdated and do not produce clear readable imagery. I had imagery taken of my shoulder here and two different orthopedic surgeons were unable to give me a concise diagnosis because they couldn't not clearly read the image. Upsetting because these images are expensive and time consuming. I now have to go to a different facility to retake images and pay another fee to get quality optics for my ortho to review. So beware 'open imagery' is outdated and a scam in my opinion. read more

I was in a car accident and I was referred to this place for an MRI. The receptionist was very nice. She handed me a few forms that I needed to fill out and I was called in immediately. The person who took the MRI was also very nice. I am a bit claustrophobic and was offered an eye mask which helped a lot. Overall the process was easy and quick! read more

Yeah, I will not be coming back here again. I have horrible claustrophobia and I DO NOT do well in MRI machines. I chose this place for two very specific reasons. On their website, they state that they have an open MRI machine AND movie goggles that cover your eyes. When I went in for my MRI, I was scheduled to use the open MRI machine, which was great, but there were no goggles anywhere to be seen. I asked the tech about the goggles and he said he'd never heard of any goggles and that I must have seen them on their sister location's website. The tears started immediately after that. I had been calm up to the point, thinking I was going to be safe with those goggles on. Instead, I endured an hour and a half of torture...crying, shaking, and panicking the whole time. It was my own brand of hell. Cut to after the MRI and I head back to the website where I had seen the goggles. It's their website, THEIR SANTA CLARITA LOCATION WEBSITE, where they show that they offer the goggles. I even took a screen shot to upload here. Never again. read more

Norma thank you for remembering when I had called and with my injury affecting my memory so much, you didn't make me feel less of a person. And all front office kind, caring. Oh also to anyone that's reading this I have a special wonderful service dog and she is a Doberman Pinscher and the staff was very friendly nice and had no issues whatsoever with this breed. I needed an MRI recently after a horrible ankle injury. My physician sent over my information and the within an hour I got a call for an appt. This was a Friday and I was seen Monday. Reception was friendly and helpful. Radiology Tech was the same. They got my results to my physician in a timely manner which helped expedite my recovery process. Parking is easy as well. If you have to get an MRI, I'd definitely recommend this place! read more

Got me in right away - called other MRI businesses and they were telling me 7-8 days later. Total Imaging got me in the next day. Open MRI - vs the closed type MRIs where you are placed in a very tight tube, Total Imaging has the open type MRI where there are no sides. Which is awesome. As you lie there, you are listening to Happy Days type music while the MRI tech updates you with things like, "this next section will take 5 minutes." Very easy - from the front desk girls to the MRI tech, everyone was extremely nice. It was an easy in, easy out. 2 days later I received the MRI report just as promised. I did my MRI yesterday and the whole entire process was quick and efficient. If they have a slot available they will give it to you and you can do it sometimes on the day that you call. I dealt directly with Nancy and she was not only pleasant but also worked with me since I paid cash for the MRI. They were very professional and understanding and have no issues with the work provided. I picked up my report and cd the next day and they promised and delivered. read more

I don't mind MRI machines like a majority of people out there but I must say my tech here and I feel terrible I cannot remember his name was awesome. He is so polite and very easy going which makes this whole process so much easier. We had a blast conversing about pulse sequences, logistics, and schools. Yes you guessed it I went to school for the same so I went in with the attitude of "if something is missing I am going to call it out." But I didnt have to!! He covered everyrhing from A-Z perfectly. Splendid! I found them to be very clean and professional. My doc ordered a breast mri, and I comparison shopped, using charge codes for my insurance company and asking for cash price. Total MRI in the Burbank MRI network was fully 30% of what my insurance was going to cost me. The experience was great. It was an open MRI. I brought earplugs, although it wasn't that loud. I still liked my earplugs. They play music off of YouTube, so you can request music during the MRI. All in all, it was a great experience, and the best deal around. If you can pay cash, it will save you money. I certainly recommend them. read more

If was an option I won't give them 1 star this place an professional specialty the girl work at front desk her name EVA I made an appointment 4 days prior to arrive they never check if my insurance cover me after I got there that's when she start making phone call I had to wait 35 min and than she said no one answer yet. You can go and take the MRI when you come out will figure out after I was done she told me EVA sorry you have to pay $700 your insurance not covered this is. BS she told me that they are not in the network so why they didn't check before I came? If it was an elderly person and they will ask them $700 after seat in the MRI 1 hour?? And after all she has a training person that don't know nothing shame on this place and EVA go have some costumer service training you have ZERO costumer service read more

We needed an MRI place that was close to us so I looked on the net to find one. Close to us was an Open MRI place right on Via Princessa near costco. We had no Idea how pleasant this place could make our visit. My wife had an Image made of her knee while her head was outside the MRI machine. It was so pleasant as we have heard the sounds that MRI's can make - but at this place, one doesn't even need head phones as the noise is so minimal. The place is so modern looking with a machine that looks like it's the latest in the field. They even geared the music to our liking. But best of all was the staff that work there. They were so pleasant from beginning to end. One even came out to make sure our car started as we told him how we had to jump it in order to get there. As we were leaving, It felt as though we were waving goodby to an old friend. We can't say enough about this place and the people. Five stars are not even enough. We have already been recommending this place to people we know. read more

My doctor surprised me by ordering an MRI scan. Needless to say, my health insurance wouldn't cover it. I called a few places and they were asking for a thousand dollars plus! Just for one scan! Thank god I found this place. They helped me schedule my MRI for cash and it was MUCH cheaper than the other quotes I got. Everyone was super nice and I was able to get my MRI and head back to work. It feels to get my MRI over and done with quickly. If you need to pay for your MRI in cash, I definitely recommend them. read more

Had a 9am appointment never been here before but it is past 9 am and I'm waiting outside because no one is here! Plus the person who made my appointment told me to show up at 8:45 ! The machine was not operating properly when I was there. The technician was unable to make a DVD of my imaging but promised me that it would be sent to my doctor. When I got to my doctor the DVD was never sent. Moreover the instructions that were very specific from my doctor were not followed and my doctor had to call them to tell them what was needed. I just called there now and the woman was very rude with me. read more

I had a appointment booked two weeks ago.. Went there. They asked for payment and I gave them a debit card. They had told me they accepted credit and debit cards prior to me coming. Their Credit processing machine was broken. They then told me cash or no MRI. I didn't have cash to pay and they refused to bill me. Place seemed shady, dirty and very unprofessional. I went to Total Imaging today and couldn't be happier with my experience. I spoke with the owner Nick when I was comparison shopping and he was not only informative but they have very competitive rates. When I got there the receptionist was warm and welcoming and the tech person in charge of running the MRI, Eric, was nothing but professional. I didn't know MRI's took almost an hour but Eric playing soothing music and checked in with me constantly throughout the process to make sure I was doing okay. I left with all my images on a disc and only have to wait a couple of days for the results. I couldn't recommend this place more! read more
