This was my first time at Blake's, and we stopped in for breakfast. I went with a breakfast burrito, which was just okay--nothing special, very Americanized and plain. It wasn't bad, but it also wasn't anything I'd go out of my way for. The service was friendly, and the restaurant looked clean from what I could see, which is always a plus. I'll have to come back another time to try the lunch menu and see if it offers something more exciting. For now, it's a solid 3 stars. read more

The patties were thin, but surprisingly juicy. The dang thing was so fat it was bursting out of its wrapper. I knew I wouldn't be hungry enough for a side, but next time... MY FAVORITE PART... New Mexican green chile on my cheeseburger. It always takes meals to the next level... BOMB! NOT SO FAVORITE PART... I didn't try the fries they boast about. LOCATION/AMBIANCE My daughters and I stopped here for a takeout order and to use their restrooms during a roadtrip back on 10/6/2023. Let me preface this by saying I've never had their burgers. This is a go to stop for us as we're leaving town, cause I have to get one of their breakfast burritos on the way out. I got a chorizo breakfast burrito add beans and it was so good. I love the crispy hashbrowns they include. I did get the green sauce on the side, it is VERY spicy so I would highly suggest having it on the side. I also got a white chocolate cold brew which was so sweet and creamy. If I had one of these by me I'd be getting one of their breakfast burritos and an iced coffee like, multiple times a week. Drive thru speaker was quiet and loud and made it difficult to hear, my total came to $11. Will be back for one of those burritos and a coffee next time I'm in town. read more

I grew up eating food from Lotaburger. EVERY TIME I go to the Roswell store, I ask for cheese on my burger. Sometimes they charge me for cheese and sometimes they don't. Every. Single. Time. This was the worst Blake's location I've been to. I was excited that they opened up a location Roswell, so I had to try it. Ordered and had to pull in a parking spot to wait for my order (which was not an issue). My Lottaburger was ordered with green chile, but hardly had any. The burgers and fries were both cold. The seasoned fries were soggy. I should have taken the advice of family and other Yelpers. I will not be back. Next time that I want a green chile burger, it won't be from Blake's. They honestly don't deserve a star. My fiancés eggs were way over cooked in his burrito. My burger was literally raw in the middle. I took two bites until I realized it was pink. You may say your able to eat your burgers pink but I cannot. Service was pretty decent. But the cooks should make sure they aren't serving bad food/undercooked food. Can't get our orders right. My partner always asks for his burger with mayo and ketchup. Not the original way with just mustard. They can never fix it like that! After 3 tries, we gave up on this place. They also have left the veggies off my burger once, and cheated us on other things. Out of chocolate milkshakes one time. The staff is totally incompetent. Showed up 5 minutes before 10pm. Walked up to counter, two men that turned around said the manager told them they were closed. The ladies behind the counter said, the manager has closed the store. I showed them on my phone it's not 10pm just as the clock turned to 10pm. I asked for the manager, a very young person named Gabriel Pena, said he was the manager. He informed me he closed the store. I told him that's bad service to close the store before the hours they are supposed to be open. He said he didn't care the store was closed Roswell BAD customer service. the burger was pretty good and fresh, the fries were made fresh as well, but the person taking my order was very low energy and seemed like she was miserable. So did the girl at the window. I understand sometimes your job can be hard, tiring, whatever... but don't put off that vibe to your customers. My dad asked for extra napkins and the girl just said "they're in the bag" as if they can't give us EXTRA. I ended up using all of them, there weren't much in there. But overall the food was what I went for and it was good. So 3 stars! read more

The slowest fast food place, not that Roswell has many options. You can wait for your food for 40 mins and nothing. The burritos are cold and not made to order. The hash browns are old/stale and hard. The workers stand around talking to each other instead of doing their jobs. Finally tried Blake's as the line wasn't too long. Gave it a 2 star. Medium fries were bland and not soggy but soft and the medium was small. Onto the burger. I was hungry so I tried the 2 patty Lotaburger. Definitely served the purpose and filled me up but just no extra flavor. Meat was done just right but really no extra taste. I bit disappointing after listening to all the raves about Blake's. I can honestly say the 2 orange juices I got were great. read more

I love Blake's Lotaburger and was so excited to finally have a location in my hometown. Unfortunately, I have been to this location half a dozen times and not a single order has been correct. We have passed it off as a "one time thing" but when this problem has occurred this many times without being able to complete a single order correctly, there has to be a deeper issue. The burgers themselves were okay, but the real problem is that the order was completely wrong. After taking around ten minutes with the woman taking my order, her asking for chili con carne, explaining to her what chili con carne was, telling her they did indeed serve it, waiting for her to find it on the computer my order was placed, and having her read the order back to me, twice I was quickly handed my order and had to move along as there was a long line behind me. After spending so long making sure my order was correct, I assumed it would be correct. Spoilers, it wasn't. One burger had mustard (which I asked to be removed), neither had BBQ sauce, and neither of the two burgers had any chili con carne. The entire reason I went to Blake's was for a chili con carne burger, and I got zero chili. Without the chili, the burgers were lackluster. Oh, I was charged for the chili, btw. A photo of the receipt is included as proof. This was my first time eating at the Roswell location, and, honestly, in the future, I'll probably just go to Whataburger (whose online ordering system--and phone number--actually work) for burgers and then just open a can of chili at home.
