The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the food continues to be delicious. This place definitely gives you more bang for your buck when it comes to food. I highly recommend their combo plate. We parked to eat and saw that we got 2 singles with mustard. Mistakes happen and we hit the lunch hour rush which could've played a role. They were very busy with pre-orders as well as drive thru. I just need my order fixed. When taking my burger back in, they argued about it being a double saying it wasn't a double. That this one had extra pickles. They both had extra pickles. I know what was ordered. They started going through receipts but finally just made the double burger with mayo & forgot the extra pickles. Food - The burger was okay. Not much flavor but not bad. Definitely no wow factors. The fries were basic. - 3 stars Customer Service - Nice when we first showed up in the drive thru. She handed us a paper menu. I would've overlooked the mistake and give a good CS review if the person didn't become argumentative about fixing our order. - 1 star Price - Reasonably priced. - 3 st

No respect, I get no respect at all. I roll up after a night of too much 'research' on UFOs (or was it the local brew? Who can tell?), lookin' like I just crash-landed myself. The burgers? Straight fire, juicy, loaded best thing I've had since my ex said 'I do.' But do they care? Nah, they just hand it over like I'm some regular Earthling. And the tacos? I'm not talkin' fancy restaurant nonsense here no white tablecloths, no tiny portions. These are greasy spoon specials, little bundles of joy wrapped up tight, hot off the grill, garnished nice with all the fixins'. I mean, they're greasy, sure my fingers look like they wrestled an oil rig but give me three of those 'shitty' tacos (hey, they're not shitty, they're just honest) and I'm in heaven. Perfect for when you sleep in 'cause you partied too hard, you're runnin' late, and you need somethin' to go that actually tastes like it gives a damn. I stand there, scarfing it down in my car like a slob, and nobody even notices. No applause. But damn if those burgers and tacos don't treat me better than anybody else in this town. If you're in Roswell and your head's spinnin' from aliens or adult beverages, hit up Space Burgers and Tacos. They'll fix ya right up... even if they don't give ya the respect ya deserve!"

We have had food from many different countries around the Mediterranean and like all restaurants some are good and some not so good. Sara's is perhaps the best I have eaten anywhere. For starts the service, our server Josh was excellent. He was courteous, he was attentive and asked all the right questions. We ordered a combination appetizer tray, lentil soup, a tabouleh salad and an entrée. The appetizer came out with hot pita which was excellent. Both the lentil soup and the tabouleh salad were among the best I have ever had. The baba ganoush, the falafels and the dolmas (stuffed grape leaves) were all three among the best I have ever had. Often fried falafels are coarse and dry but these were moist, tender and flavorful. The tahini dipping sauce was excellent as well. My wife's combination kafta (chicken and beef) came with the supreme rice which was also excellent. The ambience was very clean and modern as was the music fascinating and lively. Across the board, everything was excellent. We chatted a good bit with one of the owners who told us that all the cuisine represented generations of family recipes. All this, in what I consider one of the least likely of places; Roswell, New Mexico. If you are in Roswell and you like good food, Sara's is a can't miss restaurant. Bravo, Sara's.

As I traversed this lengthy highway from beginning to end, I knew Sara's was a must-see! Is it delicious? Yes! It's very good! The hummus appetizer with chicken shawarma is fabulous. You could make an entire meal out of it. The lamb is okay, but the bed of rice that accompanies the lamb is very, very good. Have I had better Mediterranean food in other cities and even in the Mediterranean? Absolutely! But for the little town of Roswell, this is pretty impressive cuisine and an excellent choice for dinner!

Spicy Beef Nachos Appetizer: Chips topped with queso, green onions, jalapeños, black olives, tomatoes, guacamole, and sour cream. My friend got this and I had a couple bites. Chips were not soggy and it was large enough to cover as his dinner. Green Chile Burger: Topped with monterey jack cheese and roasted chopped Chaves County-grown hot green chile. Served on a jalapeño bun with a side of our hot green chile sauce. Their signature burger and it tasted good. I don't need too much food but the amount of fries I got was too little even for me. She then said to forget it (about bringing the DRY fried chicken...it looked like it was there from The day before and just sat in the heater bin) and to bring the receipt the following day to get the replacement. I come in. I see there's no fried chicken. Apparently they stop frying chicken at 6pm. Monica (the manager I spoke to last night) told the manager at the deli that she told me to bring in the chicken. You really think I'm going to save that chicken to bring it to prove that it was dry? I wasn't about to go through the dumpster just for that. Goodness gracious. What's $2.09? Guess it means more than keeping a customer. I Did not get an apology at all. Usually one would get an Oh I'm So sorry about that. I want to fix the problem. Bad customer service. I'll go to Kentucky fried chicken. At least I know the fried chicken is fresh. You should teach you kitchen people to put the older product in the back or on top of the new food so the older food gets sold then the newer on the bottom. I should have known better. The other night I was the guy out the newly fried chicken on top of the older chicken that was in the heating bin. Big no no
