They're regularly running trucks and seem to have at least developed a regular schedule. However, their service is still completely lacking. In 8 of the last 9 weeks, large pieces of other people's loose, unbagged plastic trash has been left in my yard after pickup has happened. At least two of those weeks, a closed ten gallon bag of my own trash was left (not picked up) from inside my curbside wheelie bin. (The rest of the trash from the wheelie bin was picked up.) That's probably because they're operating outside (what at least used to be) standard daylight operating hours inside Etown city limits, as early as sometime between 3 and 4 am at times. It doesn't make it acceptable, but if it's pitch black outside, one can see how trash is overlooked. They offer senior and military rates (and have significant contracts with the county), but it is clear, you don't even get what you pay for with their service.
