Both tested the battery and it came up as a bad battery after repeated tests, which I have the paperwork on. I called AAA and they sent out the local tech, 'Rescue Rangers'. The tech tested the battery once, for 10 seconds, and said it was fine. He refused to replace it, even though it was within the 2 month replacement guarantee. I called AAA back and got a supervisor. He checked into it and said regardless of what the 2 mechanics said, he had to trust his tech. Beware! Wish I could leave no stars.

Customer service is the best, pricing cannot be beat & the quality of your prints is off the charts. They also offer printing on different items (canvas, ornaments, the list is extensive). Their online ordering is easy but if you prefer in-person help, they are still the place to go. They opened their services to the public (not just professionals) a few years ago. He continues with "no just show me where it says that". I told him again he was being rude and he said, "I. am genuingly interested, where does it say that"? I told him he was being rude and looks at me and says, " you can take that somewhere else, I'm not taking it." Say NO, NO, NO to Moto Photo…read more Last Friday I met with one of Moto Photo Graphic Designer's for less than 30 minutes. I needed her to make me a brochure. She said she could do it and that all I had to do is email her the photos. So I was charged $190. So I went home and tried, but thing's did not go as planned. So I call them on Monday and told them about the situation. One of the people up there told me to try it a different way. So I did, and still that did not work out. I got frustrated and drove up there with my computer. It wouldn't have taken the Graphic Designer that long to get the photos and text off my computer. But her piss poor manager wouldn't have any of it. She told me they didn't have time for her to sit down with me and that I would have to figure it out and email them the stuff they need on my own. I drove back home wonder if I was a paying customer or not. Didn't I pay these people for two hours of their time? Anyway, I discovered that I can make my own brochure and poster using Vista Print. So I asked for my money back. They refunded me $106. When I inquire about the rest of my money she said it was company policy to keep the first hour because I sat with a Graphic Designer. Does that seem fair to you? Does anybody else do this? Does a car salesman charge you money after speaking with him for a few hours then changing your mind? No they don't. Nobody and no professional gets away with this, well ok maybe our government but I digress. The Graphic Designer sat with me less than 30 minutes and did not do any design work for me because I could not get her the text and photos. Folks, just save your money and go to Vista print or Café press. Go somewhere else so this does not happen to you. This is a predatory business that preys on Disabled Veterans like me. Walking in some may feel it's not organized....but some may see the shop for its treasure trove of photography and history. Plus the staff knows where anything you need is located. There is some really cool older pieces along with the latest equipment too. They have both. The gentleman running the shop know their stuff and genuinely have a love of photography. There is a lot of experience I was learning from just walking in the doors.
