They have a table at the door where you must sign in, answer COVID questions, and have your temp taken prior to washing your hands. Masks are required with very few wearing under nose or as a chin strap. My haircut and highlight took about 2.5 hours total and was was a relaxing and pleasant experience. I signed up for $115 partial highlight and cut and ended up spending $160. (+tip) Not exactly sure where the additional charge came in. I love my hair and it no longer looks like a mousy brown limp noodle. It just would have been nice to know that additional charges beyond the expected would be tacked on.
