Two pregnancies and two subsequent kids means I don't get as much yoga in as I would like. The instructors are fantastic. Kind, patient, and very real and human. The classes are a good selection, but definitely not as diverse and creative as they used to be. The times that classes are offered is unfortunately limited. Usually one at 9ish and one at 5:30 during the week and on Sundays. I really miss having options on Saturdays! They have rolled with the challenges of the pandemic. In-person and online offerings, masks required, limited sizes of classes, and marked spaces.

Although the days of Core Power Hollywood teachers massaging my head are in the rear view, this group of women and one or two men are really excellent and have really sincere energy. They are not robots, many of them are personable and make me feel happy when I enter and leave. I've been a member for 3 months, this is my final 2 weeks as I break for a summer of walking and swimming. Different classes, some extremely hot, some more focused on sculpting with light dumbbells keeps things interesting. The heat and higher rep light weight really works wonders on your physique and your soul. Pulse Pulse Pulse to Disclosure "defeated no more" which is a crazy coincidence considering I played it this AM for the first time in a decade on the way to class. Stay for a few days, or plan ahead for your day visit - they often are booked for private events and you will get the most out of your stay if you are able to deeply relax and take in the full experience. I find the food to be nourishing and usually delicious. If seeing other people nude in the hot springs weirds you out, this may not be the place for you, and that's ok! The nudity is respectful, non-sexualized, and I have always felt 100% safe being nude her as a woman. Your nervous system will benefit from the deep peace, wonderful yoga/massage experiences available, and the respectful community. So grateful this precious haven has been rebuilt so beautifully after the fires several years back.

This is not the type of place you can just roll up to, you should def plan your stay in advance and read the website and FAQs before going. 2. Perhaps we hit it on a good weekend or during the low season, but fortunately, it was not super crowded for us. If you have the opportunity to visit in the evening, that prob would be best though as there weren't more than 2-3 other people in the sauna or hot spring at any time them. 3. I saw complaints about the food not being good - again, maybe we hit it on an atypical weekend, but for vegetarian and gluten free meals, the food was pretty good! For dinner, we enjoyed a pretty nice lasagna with some amazing, fresh greens for salad and the following morning we had frittata, oatmeal, fresh fruit, and hard-boiled eggs. Also, if you find the food bland, there were plenty of hot sauces, condiments, dressings, etc to season it to your taste. 4. I think a lot of people have the expectation that this is a luxury spa resort... it's not. You're not getting gourmet buffets or fancy lodging and beds. It's def pretty rustic, but we found our stay to be comfortable and the amenities to be quite sufficient and most of all, it offered the peace and respite from the real world that we were seeking.

The teachers made efforts immediately to know us personally and connect with us. They take the classes seriously, but always are able to adjust poses and movements to work for you. Only 4E yoga studio had easy to navigate site with schedule and other details. Attended classes in the morning before all wine tasting shenanigans. It is very conveniently located in downtown McMinnville so you can go and explore straight after class. They rent mats out and mat towel is not required - after practice spray and small towels are provided to clean the mats. Little towels for hot classes, blocks, blankets, straps provided (free of charge). Studio is very clean and spacious. Modern designed. Love the floor - you can actually grab it and get into deeper stretch. Very enthusiastic and welcoming teachers.
