He was able to deliver within about four or five days since he had the model I wanted in stock and at the end of delivery he went over everything I needed to know about the unit. He also referred me to an electrician who did the work seamlessly. Update: Rick responded and blamed the main drain leak on a cracked pipe, of course it's leaking around the outside of installation not the direction of the pipe and not from the pipe and the 2 spots have now sunken into the ground, how is that from chemicals on top as he says? The manager Darryl never returned any of my phone calls or my emails. They did not show up for their appointment when they said they would. When I called and spoke with somebody in the office they said they can't guarantee when they will come out but I'm "on their list" and they are "slammed with customers". When they finally came out , they brought the wrong ladder, forgot the ladder pad and cut the gasket for the skimmer upon installation. After a few more days, I finally got a hold of the manager and notified him of this and he would not take any responsibility and said at least I got my liner and he hung up the phone. This is the worst company for pools.

We get there they couldnt find the liner at first (it was supposed to be set aside with my name on it) and then was told the price had now gone up another $80. When we told him that was not the price we were quoted yesterday he said he didn't believe it was true! I was basically called a liar! I really think they need to train their staff better or man the helm with someone who has authority to quote a price and keep a promise! I had heard bad things throughout the years about this place but had not really experienced any real problems with them. I wont do business with people who dont have integrity!
