They never came back. Checked on pool over weekend and they did not come. Pool was rough looking. During that time frame, water level dropped and pool pump/filter was sucking in air which could potentially cause extensive damage and overheat pump. Spent 6 hours filling pool with water and 6 hours balancing chemicals and cleaning pool over Memorial Day weekend. Got water corrected and went to go clean the pool. The pools vacuum charging cord was left out plugged in for over two weeks in the elements- tech said, " that's what he's always done." Unfortunately, battery no longer worked and would not charge. Had to buy a new pool vacuum. When pool was opened tech also cleaned out skimmer and left all the debris on grass area next to it which then killed a large spot of grass. Spoke to Lisa- owner of the business and made complaint but she just wanted to push me off the phone during conversation and never offered apology. Do not recommend. I'd give them 0 stars if it possible.

They've been great at fixing the wide variety of service issues that seem to arise inevitably with a pool. Our weekly pool cleaner, Tarryl, is always friendly and helpful and we definitely like working with him. Typically our pool problems seem to come up at odd times and usually need to be dealt with right away . The Four Seasons service guys are very competent; which was absolutely not true of our former pool company. I give Four Seasons a two thumbs up!

I should mention that every time I called he picked up and was happy to help. Because Greg runs the business himself and delivers the spas personally you will need to coordinate with him to visit his showroom but his pricing is exception, his knowledge is second to none and the products he sells are full of value. I was new to this and he educated me quickly on the differences in quality between brands as well as options. He was able to deliver within about four or five days since he had the model I wanted in stock and at the end of delivery he went over everything I needed to know about the unit. He also referred me to an electrician who did the work seamlessly. One of the best parts, for me, to using Sparkling Spa's over a place like Costco is that I now have someone local who can service the hot tub if needed in the future. Not to mention he has been in the same location for almost ten years - these days there are too many fly by night companies out there.
