I was denied an exchange on contacts due to writing an L and R on the box and because one box was open. I now have 11 lenses that are of no use to me because the prescription had to be changed. I have in the past been able to exchange the unused lenses for the new prescription after having an exam with them. I explained to the doctor that I was concerned about ordering to many contacts because the prescription can change. She understood. When I ordered the technician ordered two boxes for each eye, I only wanted one per eye. I did not notice till I got home. I called and was told not to worry because they can be exchanged for the updated prescription. When I went in to do so, I was denied. The manager was no help and somewhat rude. I will not give them my business again. I suggest you make sure you read all the fine print on the web site. That's were the policy is stating no open boxes or boxes with writing on them can be returned. I failed to read the web site policy and therefor I now have 11 unusable contact lenses that cost me $137.50. All I wanted was to exchange them for usable lenses with the newly corrected prescription. No such luck at MyeyeDr.

She took her time asking meaningful questions and doing a throughout exam to provide the best care which NONE of the other doctors have done. She was extremely professional and kind, you can tell she actually cares about your health and provides exceptional care. It was so easy to get an appointment, she took me right away which is something that has never happened. I will be recommending Dr.Dienes to everyone from now on she is the best doctor I have ever been to. I don't know what else to say other than wow and THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I was very clear from the on-set that the whole reason for my appointment was to get the free…read moreglasses approved by Medicare after Cataract surgery. I went in ahead of the appointment to have my insurance cards scanned so that neither they nor I had any surprises the day of the appointment and I communicated this to them. They texted and called me four or five times to confirm the appointment which was highly annoying. Then at the end of the appointment when it was time to get my free Medicare glasses after cataract surgery, is when they informed me they don't carry any medicare frames anymore. This was information that should have been given at the on-set. Although the people were very nice, I'm not a whole lot into paying $40 bucks for niceness, and no glasses. A complete waste of my time. They, however , will get paid. If I could give negative star, I would.
