Hey guys, just a heads up based on my recent experience. I dropped off hats and was told to email the logo and text for updates. I've been trying to reach them for over a week now with no response--several calls, Instagram messages, everything goes unanswered or straight to voicemail. I even drove from Huntington Beach to pick up my order NOT DONE !! and there were multiple other customers there who were also unhappy with the lack of communication and service. It really seems like they may be taking on more business than they can handle or something is going on internally. I also noticed a couple of previous reviews mentioning similar issues. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Initially when I went in, Cesar Chavez said it would take about 7-10 days for the hats to be ready. 6 weeks later, the lady at the front desk says the order hasn't even been put in yet. This is after multiple trips from OC to LA to pick them up only to be told "They'll be ready next week. To make matters worse, I called 20 plus times and no one answered the phone. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Originally, I was recommended by a friend who uses Jackie's embroidery service for hats. When ordering, the order was nice, friendly, and took time to made sure I knew how to order (MOQ, etc.) After the first day, everything went down hill. I never received follow up of my order. I purchased 10 hats to be customized with our business logo and after 1'month of no calls or answers back (no one answered the phone or emailed me back), I decided to go in person. Went in person and staff didn't even help. I waited at the counter and was greeted 10 minutes later by staff who could not find the hats I wanted embroidered. I had to personally look around the shop to find the hats I ordered for embroidery. No apology was given since Jackie (the owner) said it would take 10 business days MAX. After this, I was told to come back within 3 days to pick up hats. The design we asked to be digitized was AWEFUL! I expressed this to the owner and she assured me it would be fine on the hat (she was wrong). I waited all day in my car and was told 12pm (same day), they would be ready, then 2pm, then 4pm. No sense of urgency as the owner would take a smoke break outside as I sat in my car waiting. The owner and her employee Caesar promised new hats, NEVER RECEIVED. Hung up on me at least 5 times, yelled over the phone at me, never responded to text messages or calls, and still never completed hats over a month and 2 weeks time span. I dropped off a sweatshirt about 2-3 weeks ago to get a simple embroidery job done that says "FUNDBABE.com" was told that my item would be ready in a few days AND I would get a phone call when the item was ready. Well, the few days came and went, I tried reaching out to this company MULTIPLE times, their phone HAS NEVER been picked up, their voicemail is FULL and NO ONE responds to their Facebook messages. I live all the way in Topanga, driving over to DTLA just to "see" if my garment in ready is not easy. Gas prices are insane and it's always a 2 1/2 hour round trip (imagine driving all the way down there just for someone to say "Oh, we forgot about your order, it's not ready yet".) I can kiss $50 away just on gas alone. The prices here are decent, but at this point I'd much rather just buy an embroidery machine, get my sweatshirt made my self and then sell the machine. I don't recommend at all. Communication is zero, glad I only had one item made instead of a batch. Extremely disappointed. read more

Don't even waste your time dealing with these people, the quality is good but the communication is awful. Sofia, the one who runs the whole little operation at the front desk is completely unprofessional. I called, texted, emailed and never got a response. I've had to drive an hour just to receive information about my order every single time i needed answers since no once would get back to me. Service here is at an all time low. The owner is careless. Spent a lot of money here but the quality of the work did not match. The owner kept apologizing but nothing ever changed. The work is sloppy and low quality. After the last time my garments came out like trash I decided it was far pass time to part ways. The owner(not sure of her name) said she still wanted to do business AKA wanted more of my money. I told her no thank you and asked for my images back. She said it would be $200!!!!!
