He helped to get my home fully functional when the heat was out and the HVAC still needed to be repaired, he made the call and facilitated the HVAC service. The tech claimed to have unclogged the drain, but my tenant still could not use the toilet. Their notes claimed the sewer line from the house to the street was clogged by tree roots (there are not trees near my line) and a collapsed pipe. I tried to contact the rep to ask about a time to finish the job (Friday, October 17th). She told me they were really busy and would call me back end of day. That did not happen. I called them again the next day (Saturday, October 18th), mailbox was full and no contact. Had to call another plumber to resolve the issue. The other plumber sent pictures of the sewer line, no collapsed line and no tree roots. Fast forward to today (Monday, November 3rd), I noticed a charge on my credit card from Lessen/RentRedi for services from Leonine. Therefore, I will be seeking a reversal of charges on my card because you all did not complete the job and left my tenant without a working toilet and had no intentions of coming back to fix it.

Micheal quoted me $120 for what I thought was a fair price for what I had asked for IN WRITING. The tech comes out to do the service and is here less than 20 minutes! I go half way up on a ladder and the tech did nothing but blow off my roof - no gutter cleaning at all. When I contacted Michael, he was slightly argumentative and then copped that "there had been a miscommunication". Just beware of what you ask for and what's actually done with this company. You can find people to blow off a roof for way less than $120!

Jason responded quickly when I called him (from a referral from a more than satisfied friend) to investigate a possible chimney leak. Sure enough, there was damage to the chimney cap and siding that had resulted in a leak and the repair required a lot of creativity, ingenuity, and special customization of materials, all of which Jason handled with aplomb. He also replaced roofing boots which had leaked and later installed an unusual style of gutter guard which I chose to work best with my home and for longevity. Throughout, these projects required multiple visits, staying with the projects to obtain the correct materials and follow through, inspections, tweaking of various kinds (such as adding end caps to the gutter guards to keep out birds and squirrels), responding to address minor issues that arose, etc. I won't go into all these details. The point is that I am a cared for customer whose needs are continually addressed and in an ongoing, relationship-based way. And not nickel and dimed. This is so unusual in this day and age. I can't say enough how great it feels to know I have a safe, tight roof and gutters and will continue to...and that there is a reliable, community-caring person who stands behind me and his work.
