The programming at this theater sucks so much. Anything I want to see will usually play for one weekend then leave. I end up having to drive into Dallas to go to AMC or Alamo Drafthouse. Yes, their programming is usual multiplex slop, but the other half is always weird religious films. I'm a member of the movie club, but it's kind of pointless when the programming at this theater is so bad. read more

You have to walk all around the building to get inside. Parking sucks. Seats do NOT recline. Reclining should at least have have legs supported. If you have knees that hurt DO NOT come here. The theater is not cold! Big disappointment!!!!!! read more

Have had a great time with the family watching the extended versions of the LOR trilogy. The theaters are mostly clean (I get it, people don't want jobs, and they're short staffed), but the restroom are atrocious. Like everything else in this economy, the food and drinks are ridiculously expensive. If you're willing to spend over $100 to see movies on the big screen...it's not a bad place. read more

Love this theater. It has seat warmers!!! Get outta town.... Now the odd part is,,,, we see at a minimum of one movie a week and there is never ever a person taking tickets. Very weird. Some people we see scan their own tickets , we don't we just walk right in. We're also honest people but seems like this would allow alot of dishonest people to walk right in and see ever how many movies they want. So I would say GET A TICKET TAKER AT LEAST!!!!! Cinemark has a bunch of movie choices of new movies that will probably make your parents cry. There are snacks, drinks, popcorn, and candy you can have while enjoying your movie, and you can recline your chair and theres a seat warmer that will probably scorch your butt off. read more

We enjoyed a Family Fun Day our first visit at Cinemark 14. We opted for the XD screening, which was $3 more. A bit disorganized prior to getting to the counter. Ordering was easy. Popcorn was hot but both butter machines were out of order. For a theater that size, you would think there would be more butter machines. Fyi DO NOT order the frozen margaritas. Lacks flavor and not worth the price. The screening is indeed nice and the seats were awesome. They have a great recline. I read somewhere that they are supposed to be heated, but didn't find that option. read more

A great movie theater to go to. They have reclining and heating seats. They also have an XD theatre and a 3D theatre as well. Their food is good and lines are usually quick. Overall I definitely recommend going to this movie theater it's amazing. read more

I'm not too hard to please; a pretty "low maintenance" kinda gal. I just want to sit down in a comfy chair, with fresh and delicious, buttery popcorn, inside a clean movie theatre without other distractions. That's not too much to ask, eh? This Cinemark Harbor 12 pretty much has all of that AND MORE! I normally frequent the cinema alone (I know, I know, no friends, and the hubz works a TON. Sad? NO! A bit strange? MAYBE....), so I enjoy a welcoming snack for one. The large popcorn? Too much...No popcorn at all? Meh, can't do it, but the Snack Pack is just right. I believe it's purpose was being an option for the kiddos, but to be fair, I'm one at heart. ;-) a small drink, popcorn, and candy for like 5 bucks and change. Great success! Whenever I go, the experience is smooth and pleasant. There's quite a few kids working the weekends, but that's not a bad thing here. Ticket prices are pretty reasonable, catch a matinee if you must. Tthe chairs recline to your liking and may also keep you warm on those winter nights and shut off automatically. Brilliant! I live about 20 minutes from this theatre and make the drive every time I get an urge. There is a movie cinema within 2 miles of my house...that should tell y'all something... Anywho, this will be the spot from now on. On a weekend opener for pretty much anything, order your tickets and choose your seating online early, it fills quickly! We walked in to purchase tickets from the kiosk, while the entire time i was in the process of selecting my movie and seats, me nor my girlfriend were greeted, but rather just distracted from paying for our tickets due to the Manager, Wells, blatantly flirting aloud with the counter girl behind the kiosk counter. I came in on a monday and the whole place was disgusting. There was popcorn quite literally covering the entire floor, the lobby and even into the hallways. The staff was acting like they were throwing a party and we were uninvited guests. It's never been like this in the past so maybe something was just off that night. After we decided that this was the day we were going to see American Sniper, we were glad we chose CH12 . We knew this was going to be an emotional and intense movie for us & we wanted to see it in a theater that we felt very comfortable in. We were surrounded by many military veterans and first responders. During the movie, and after the final credits rolled, there was a profound silence in the theater......no words were spoken. People just rose up and exited the building. RIP Chris Kyle....you will never be forgotten, EVER! Thank you to all military men and women and their families, for protecting America and all Americans. We liked the new updates to this theater. We rented out a theater with a group of friends for $149 to see the new Kong vs Godzilla movie. We were bummed that there were no concession discounts like the other cinemarks are offering especially when you rent out an entire theater. Parking is a MAJOR issue here. The harbor is adding more parking, but they are also adding other businesses/offices. read more

Decent Movie theatre. I wish Rockwall had more. I know it's not the movie theater's fault, but I was skeptical about drinking the water or eating anything here due to the many stray water bugs/roaches you see scurrying about outside of the theatre at night. The seats in my theatre were just ok. Nothing very comfy or updated like the power reclining seats in other theatres like AMC 30 and the Cinemark in West Plano. The night lead at my visit here mention that a large cup of water would be $5! lol but it's most likely to avoid people from using the large cup to put anything but water in it from their fountain. I get it, but maybe explain and be cool about it. It is possible that the theatre is short on staff at night as no one was there to verify our tickets. I would hope that someone would so they could uphold their security type duties and regulate. Not much posturing to say other than the place seemed clean in the restrooms and theatre, which is a great plus! Conclusion: I'd rather make the drive to the North Garland/ Sachse area or Mesquite for the better movie experience than frequent the Cinemark at the harbor. read more

Great way to spend time with family and friends. Seats are new & cozy with a renovated area. You can spend extra money on the XD or 3D experience ( I would recommend the XD). Concessions are your typical expensive items. Popcorn is really lacking flavor. Other than that, you will enjoy your movie with comfy lounge chairs. read more

So I can't have sugar and their soft drinks CO2 water was out, but they literally have NO diet soda in bottles. Was told if I wanted ice water in anything but the tiny free water cups would have to pay full price for a soft drink they don't have... In addition, the place was filthy and not stocked with supplies like napkins, even directly in front of the concessions cashiers. Was this late on a busy night? It's nice to have an affordable option to take little ones to the movies this summer!
