Planning a wedding without help can take a toll on someone, and I knew that Heather would take the stress away that most brides do not want to deal with. Whatever I needed help with, she was there for me and had an answer to all of my questions. She helped with EVERYTHING: timeline, decorations, suggestions for food, church coordination, etc. You name it. I did not have a worry in the world on my wedding day because I knew Heather would have everything handled. At the end of our most amazing day, she had food and cake boxed up for us to take home since we barely had time to eat during the day. She also had all of our gifts and decorations set aside and organized for us to pick up and take home the next day. She is extremely thoughtful. This could not have been done without her help. We wanted to minimize our planning efforts and reduce the number of vendors we'd need to hire, so this was a win-win for us. Working with Luxe was a great experience from beginning to end. We had an initial consultation with Savannah and quickly settled on a theme, table settings, chairs, etc. They had a wide selection from which to choose, and we definitely felt like we had many great options without being overwhelmed by choice. We later went to Luxe's new space in downtown Morgan Hill where we viewed a mocked up table set with all of our selections--this made it so easy to visualize what we were going to get on the day of the wedding. We made a few adjustments and Savannah simply grabbed the new items from storage. We quickly settled on the final design and pricing. Overall, working with Luxe was a breeze and Savannah is a real pro. She made helpful suggestions based on our preferences but ultimately we were in the driver's seat. She is open to working with a wider range of budget than other vintage rental vendors, even when we were not sure how many items we would end up renting from her. She has quite a collection of small and large vintage items at the back of her house, and it was fun to look around and note down a list of items that caught our eye, try to put different pieces next to each other to see how things match, take pictures, and then start to narrow it down to the items that would work well for our wedding theme and space. After we got a list of items we are interested in, Eileen provided us with a quote estimate by line item promptly, and then we had a couple of revisions of our want-list and updated price quotes. As new items come in, Eileen was thoughtful in remembering what I wanted for my wedding, and even sent me photos to see if I would be interested in any of her new arrivals as well! I really like how our centerpiece look in the end, and we also asked Eileen to help coordinate the delivery of her vintage items on the day of the wedding, and everything was on time!
