Two guys came out 2 days in a row and had the same problem with the machine. A more experienced guy came out later in the day with a different machine and went over two rooms that had left spots after spraying. He did hallway upstairs and I told him to forget the other two rooms because at this point half of my day was gone. I was satisfied with the way the carpet looked. We were still charged the $78 with no compensation for my time wasted for one morning and one half of a day with two inexperienced employees. Also, they parked their trucks in my driveway and on street in front of house and left several oil stains. Who's gonna get that out?!?The next day I called the office bc the spots from the pretreat were visible again and bc no one bothered to contact me about this inconvenience. I was told they couldn't discount anything and that I was satisfied when they left... I wasn't about to explain to a carpet person that after the carpet dried I saw spots again. I will not be using them again. Customer service is everything.

They gave me a credit for another carpet cleaning to try them again. I set it up and when I scheduled it they put a note that I didn't owe and had a credit. I was told if there were any issues Becky would call me. Never got a call. A new gentleman shows up today and tries to charge us $70. So I call again. My husband was home, thankfully this was also caught on our cameras, Rocky called the gentleman who then replied to Rocky, "oh ya I remember that incident, that was messed up we lost one of our really good guys & he was just trying to save her money." Really? If he was such a good guy then why was he fired? If he was such a good employee why was he fraudulently taking money on his cashapp instead of having customers pay the company? Completely inappropriate behavior! I can't believe Rocky allowed him to respond that way. My husband was very uncomfortable after that. Never ever using this company again. Absolutely completely unprofessional. It only took him 15 minutes to clean our carpets and he didn't even attempt to dry them.

Not a very customer oriented Company. The person cleaning only cleaned the tops of my furniture and not the fronts. I would think it should all be dusted. (I guess not though) My floors hard wood still had dusty spots as well under the furniture. I have some colorful words for them. The people at Brda Solar who actually did the work? I could write a book about how pleased we are with their work, their professionalism, their abilities to take a poor situation and make it work, their dedication to getting the job done and done right. I only wish we would have known about them and contracted directly with them. From Lauren in the office to Joe, Francisco, Jeremiah, and a couple of other guys who (I am sorry that names escape me) who were all a part of this project at our home, we thank you so much for not only doing the work, but passively calming me down when I would see your truck pull up in our driveway. Joe and Francisco especially went above and beyond with amazingly great attitudes on Christmas Eve. That they even had to work that day pissed me off, but they and their people in the office were dedicated to get this project in service before the end of the year. I would never have expected anyone to work on Christmas Eve. I am grateful that they did. I have already told many people about our unacceptable experience with our contractor, and have dropped the BRDA name more as the people to take care of their solar projects as well as any other electrical needs they may have.
