Just moved here and our 2013 meticulously maintained Panamera was exhibiting bizarre electrical behavior. Alarm going on and off. Dashboard going haywire. Called them on Monday morning and was able to come straight in. By the afternoon had analyzed and recommended new battery (it's about 6 years old) because analysis revealed low voltage issues and they said that the weird stuff is commonly attributable to low voltage. At the same time recommended a few scheduled maintenance issues based on carfax maintenance history. Agreed to take care of those few things as well. Had car back Tiedsy afternoon at 5. Dealer would've taken me 3 weeks to get in and they'd have kept the car a week and charged me triple. Frank's was great. Super friendly and shuttled me home and picked me up to retrieve the car too. Very happy to bar found these guys on yelp and they had nothing but great reviews. I believe that lived up to the reviews.

The oil change business noticed something was leaking underneath my Lexus. I had popped into the dealership later that day for them to review it only to be presented with an exorbitant costly repair. I tried to reach our usual mechanic who is Bob's up the street. He apparently had an accident and was unavailable at his location. Several people recommended Jay's and I was extremely grateful that he was able to take me with short notice and diagnose the problem. I was traveling out of state that week and preferred to use my own car. Dominic was able to squeeze me in. He and his technician stayed later that day to make sure that my repair was completed on time so I was able to take the car the next day. Very reasonably priced. Exceeded my expectations.
