Simple, fast, slightly thin crust pizza! I ordered a 2 topping pie with pepperoni and Italian meatballs. It could have used a little more cheese, but it was still good. After you choose the type of pie you would like, simply walk down the line to choose your sauce, cheese, and toppings. The pizza is then put into the oven and rotated until done. It can get crowded towards the end of the line with everyone waiting on their pie. The blood orange lemonade is delicious. I have also tried the unlimited topping pie, and would recommend this option to get the shredded and fresh mozzarella plus all of the fresh vegetables offered. read more

I am a big fan of the make your own pizza places but I didn't expect Blaze to be SO GOOD. First, the customer service is excellent. When you start down the assembly line, they ask if you've been there before so they can explain how it works. You can either pick a pizza from menu or make your own. They also have salads. I opted to make my own pizza. You go down the line picking the toppings that you want. You get unlimited toppings and they're all fresh. I got: Sauce: classic marinara Cheese: shredded mozzarella (most common) and ricotta (HIGHLY recommended) Meats: chicken, Italian sausage Veggies: mushrooms, sauteed onions, fresh basil, oregano, roasted garlic (these are whole cloves. They're creamy and delicious), oregano, and artichokes. You MUST get the artichokes. They really upgrade the pizza. Every bite was so good. Finishes: arugula and pesto on the side It was delicious. The ricotta, roasted garlic and artichoke took the pizza to another level. I highly recommend them both. For my drink I sampled both the blood orange lemonade and the agua fresca. I stopped by this new pizza joint for lunch today. This is in the same location as an Uncle Maddio's. It's pretty much the same concept as Uncle Maddio's so I'm not sure how they expect to survive when the prior pizza place failed. This is a make your own pizza place. You pick your crust, sauce, and toppings. The prices are pretty reasonable for a personal size pizza. Two topping pizzas are in the $7 range and build your own with whatever toppings is in the $8 range. They also have some already created options if you want to go with one of those. The food comes out fairly quickly. The pizzas are thin crust and pretty decent. I told my dining companion that you can't really mess up pizza. Even bad pizza is still good. I picked the Arugula salad bc I like arugula but it only had strawberries and blueberries on it and I felt it needed something else. After months of vowing never to return, I decided to go back last night bc I really wanted pizza but not a super expensive or take-and-bake from the grocer. My experience was better, but I think there's still room for improvement. I asked how the cauliflower crust tasted and the employee said she never tasted it, but it prob tastes like cauliflower. Girl, what?! Lmao! I guess I should've been more specific bc I was really concerned about the texture more so than taste. But, anywho...I had a reg crust, red sauce, pepperoni, bacon and banana pepper pizza. The guy who cut my pizza used the same pizza cutter from another pizza that had debris from other toppings on it. I think he should have wiped it or used a clean. Just bc you never know what ppl are allergic to. It was just a little careless. Then he asked if mine pizza was for dine-in by pointing at it. Girlfriend and I are pizza lovers. The girlfriend has to eat gluten-free, and I have to eat pizza that's good because I'm from New York and I judge harshly. Still, I didn't go into this place expecting good New York style pizza. The GF and I went in last night for dinner. The place is basically a Moe's for pizza. Sure, they have a menu, but ultimately you pick the sauces, cheeses, and toppings and they put them on there raw. Then once you've selected everything, your pizza goes in a legit pizza oven and comes out a few minutes later pretty well done. My GF got what's known as The Art, which has ricotta and artichoke on it (among other things I can't remember). She of course got a gluten free crust and added some tomatoes. She genuinely enjoyed it, and found the crust to be nice and crispy. As for my pizza, I got a pretty standard pizza with turkey meatballs and mushrooms. I have to say, I enjoyed the heck out of it. The crust is almost an artisan, napoleon-style crust and the ingredients were flavorful and fresh. The cheese is melted perfectly so you get to enjoy it's stringiness (a favorite feature of good pizza). Not to mention they have some really awesome drinks. The best part? This place is CHEAP. 2 pizzas (they're all individual size) and 2 drinks ran us $20. Considering how good it was, it doesn't get much better than that. We've found our new pizza joint. read more

I ordered from this place for the first time tonight through Doordash. I must say, the pizza was delicious. I got the regular crust and love spicy food so got the "Hot Link" half and the 4 dough knots combo. I normally do not like sausage on my pizza, but it was actually pretty good- large pieces too. The reason I am giving them 3 stars instead of 5 is because 1. the knots were half burnt and 2. they screwed up my order (see picture). Luckily, I'm not allergic to the items I wanted omitted, and the pizza was still good. The knots have the potential to be good with the flavors, but were dry, and again, burnt. That being said, reading some of the other reviews, it sounds like online orders are not their forte as this seems to happen often, even when ordering through their app. ‍. Yeah it's a chain, but the experience was what gives it 5-stars! Its another one of those make-your-own personal pizza spots. The pizza is good, and its a thinner crust, so you can consume a whole pizza on our own. We go to the one in Orlando, because my nephew has several allergies. This place also accommodates because they have gluten free dough and vegan cheese. Now they've only been open for a few weeks, but each employee was very friendly. They write your name down, and greet you by name in each step of the process. It was almost sickening, lol... even the bus boy was friendly. I compare this to what was there previously, Maddio's, and they were no where near as friendly as this staff was when I visited. The pizzas are great but the customer service needs improvement. The young male manager is very helpful, but the work staff leaves one wondering why they even showed up for work. First, the prep worker at the front of the line takes 5 mins to put on fresh gloves and she looks like it's a pain to make your pizza. Then, the same worker uses a freshly gloved hand to flip her hair out of her face. I grimaced and asked her to kindly put on a new glove. Next, the worker that finishes the pizza. decides to play with her pony tail (twirling and flipping) in the same area where she finishes the pizza! I was mortified. I asked her to not do that over the area where she will finish the pizza. Ugh! I'm not sure if this is a training issue, but I hope that it's corrected. To say this pizza is awful doesn't seem to aptly describe it. First of all we received our pizza cold, not lukewarm but cold as if it had been refrigerated. Second the crust was not only chewy and underdone it was burned to the point you could scrape the char off the bottom, which subsequently added a delightful carcinogen flavor. We ordered a BLT pizza with fresh basil and a balsamic glaze with fresh mozzarella. What we received was a burnt pizza with dried basil, shredded mozzarella and barbecue sauce. The second pizza was supposed to be a pepperoni and meatball pieces and it turned out to not have cheese or meatball pieces. Also if a company is going to tout fresh ingredients they should use fresh ingredients. We passed this Blaze on the way to my cousins and it was lunchtime; the perfect opportunity to give this place a try. I got here all the time with my coworkers and we are never disappointed, especially because their online ordering makes everything a breeze. for $8.75, you can get anything you want on your pizza, which is a fantastic deal considering you could pay almost $1.00 for 1 topping. West Midtown is getting some really good food places as of lately. My most recent food adventure was at Blaze Pizza in West Midtown. I'm not a huge basketball fan, but once I heard that Lebron invested in this chain, I decided I had to go try it out. Fan or not, he's awesome. I opted for the classic Caesar As far as pizza selection, there's a large assortment of fresh toppings. I opted for their signature Green Stripe pizza with chicken, roasted red peppers, garlic, pesto sauce, and topped with arugula.
