We stopped by today. It was around 1:20. Maybe 3 customers were eating. There were (2) women in front of us. When they began to order, a former customer came back in the store. The order taking employee left the (2) women to go check on this woman. There was a man at the register and another man in back, so not sure why this gentleman had to stop taking orders and wait on this woman. He resolved her issue and then took the (2) women's orders. They kept adding items to their order. We had been there about 10-15 minutes. When we get to the counter, to order, he says, "I am sorry I am the only one here." He started working on To Go orders. In the meantime, the manager comes in and they begin talking about the returning customer. We stood there maybe 5 more minutes and left. This is so rude and annoying. He was making meals for people that were not even there to pick up the orders. We visit this location often but will go back to our main location in Smyrna. read more

Came in alone just for a queso. Walked in to an almost empty restaurant to NO GREETING. The cashier made eye contact with me from a distance. I quietly said hello and she looked away. All while some woman with a tattoo of lips on her neck stood right in my face making ONLY 2 little tacos that she couldn't look up to let me know she'd be right with me. Hello , I've been to this location plenty of times . Looks clean ... but it isn't . I've gotten food poisoning about 2 weeks ago from their rice . I felt terrible, I decided to lookup Willy's locations and there food grades . And plenty of Willy's around the Atlanta area have been having bad food grades . I just left Willy's in the vining and ordered a burrito with guacamole on the side when I got home after picking the tomatoes out I ended up with 1/2 teaspoon of guacamole pictured below.But this is what I'm really upset about is in the front of the building they have a sign thirsty Thursdays free large soda with entree nevertheless I hope one day they start training people to do their jobs correctly! I stopped in because I saw that they had good reviews on yelp. Overall my experience was really good. I didn't have to wait very long to order my food on a Sunday afternoon. I got a salad with tons of toppings and the tofu. The tofu was actually really good. It was cut into small pieces so it was crunchy on the outside. They did put a ton of lettuce in it granite I did get the salad but I was unable to finish the whole thing. The only thing I would change is to ask for the beans on top of the lettuce versus under. My husband got the Frito burrito and I tried a bite of it. It was pretty tasty even though the Frito part became pretty mushy after a while just because of the sour cream inside of the burrito. read more

This location is pretty hit or miss from a food quality perspective. In my most recent visit, the pinto beans for example were so dry that they crunched when being stirred. That does not make for a pleasure tex-mex meal so maybe a bit more attention being paid to food quality would be good. That being said, the employees here are great. They were very attentive and professional. As customers left, the team was quick to jump into the lobby and clean it up which was really nice. They also interacted with every single customer that walked into the door. All in all this is a great place if you just need a quick meal on the go. Worst service I've ever had. Tuesday the 14th I went in to order a burrito. The guy was leaning against the counter with his back to me. After saying something a few time to catch his attention. He said "what you want" not how can I help you or what would you like? Then when I said what I wanted. He acted put out and annoyed. Then he passed it over to the next guy who said "what" I told him what I wanted. He slopped in on, acting put out also. Then after they passed it to the cashier. She said what is it? I said pork. "She said steak?". I said no it pork! Again. She got irritated. And then said "chip". I said what cause I didn't hear her all the way. She pointed at the chips rudely and say "CHIPS?". I said sure and when I paid she was annoyed I had exact change. The whole place was a mess and everyone was rude. The burrito wasn't even that good. Tasted like the meat had been sitting there for a long time, the lettuce was browning, and the guacamole looked bad as well, and the chips were super stale. Worst experience I've ever had. I've been to this Willy's on three occasions, and I'm going to avoid it from now on. Willy's offers a great fast and fresh Tex-Mex concept, which is so poorly executed by the staff of this restaurant. On each visit, I've been disappointed to experience the following: GROSS FOOD PREP AREA: The food on the line is a mess - partially empty containers stacked all around, food from each container mixed in with the others. I't really unappetizing. BAD ATTITUDES: Employees seem only half interested in even being there. The guy making my order lost interest three times to talk to a female co-worker. My finished burritos sat open on the line for 3-4 minutes without being rolled up. They were not hot when we received them. POOR FINISHED PRODUCT: The chips we received were totally translucent, soggy, and saturated with oil. Come on! The chips are the most fun part, and they're easy to prepare ahead of time. When we arrived home with the order, it was a mess - burritos rolled improperly (it was just chicken, cheese & rice - rolled wider than long, like a coffee can). The bottom of the burrito bowls was a lake of liquid from the pico - no effort was taken to drain it. It's sad, because the location is convenient, and the food from Willy's is terrific at other locations (like West Paces Ferry), but it's not here.
