They do have key code on the bathroom and the bathroom needs a little floor scrubbing. There is also a Cinnabon. It's a great location not too far off the interstate. I love Schlotzsky's! I have been a big fan for years. I like all of their menu but my fav sandwich is their Original. I get the medium size and it is plenty for one person. The "Giant" size is giant and I can eat that for 2 or 3 days. This location is convenient for me, on Windy Hill Rd. It is in a shopping center and I always find parking near their entrance. I have noticed many Tesla chargers nearby, if you need one. I pop in for sandwiches to go. The shop is clean and pleasant - staff is friendly and fast. Good stuff! Our company catered lunch from here yesterday. The bread was so dry, you better have something to wash it down with! Most of us just ate the meat and veggies from it. The chips and cookies were good. I love Schlotzsky's!! Every time I'm in town I grab a couple of the original sandwiches on my way back home. The toasty bread with cheese and olives really does it for me. It's also a win that they have Cinnabon, so of course I have to get a cinnamon roll for the drive home too. It may not be nostalgic for some but I grew up eating these. Then when they suddenly disappeared from Knoxville TN, I found myself craving these sandwiches more and more. The sandwich was really good but expensive for counter service fast food. If you order a combo, $10-12 and if you just get a sandwich $8-10 ish The one I had was a small chicken fiesta & it was a really good sandwich, tons of flavor and various toppings but kinda expensive for the size. We also got some jalapeno chips for $1.50 which they were good and about double the individual size bags you see for mass manufactured brands the place in general was semi clean. Bathroom definitely could've used a cleaning. But the staff were friendly The parking lot is huge and there's a ton of shops in the strip mall so lots of options for desserts or whatever after. read more

We ordered sandwiches for a meeting. My order was a pastrami on rye with mustard and pickle, hold the sauce. I received a pastrami on sourdough with no mustard, no pickle, no sauce, and sauerkraut and a smidge of thousand island dressing. I honestly don't think I've had an order so messed up in my life. To start, Schlotzsky's is hands down my favorite chained sandwich spot. I have been to locations all around the country and cannot remember a bad experience - I am super pumped that this continued during my recent visit to this location! This particular location is on Windy Hill in a decent sized shopping center that features a variety of businesses such as insurance agencies, restaurants and a Massage Envy. If you are coming East on Windy Hill and turn in, it is sitting right on the corner as you enter. While it is in a shopping center, parking can be tough during busy hours, so don't be surprised if you have to do a lap around a time or two before enjoying your sandwich. Prior to visiting, given the current COVID situation, I rang the store to see how they were operating to ensure I knew what to expect when I arrived. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and friendly, he let me know that I can place my order via phone or online, as well as come in and order from the counter. I was only a few miles away, so I decided to arrive and order in person. Upon entry you are greeted by the order counter, which features the famous Cinnabon dessert case...also featuring cookies and brownies! I used to be a purist when it came to Schlotzsky's and I would ALWAYS get the original, medium on sourdough sans onion and tomatoes. However, in the past year they have released their line SmokeCheesy sandwiches and the Beef Bacon Smokecheesy caught my eye and converted my taste buds. I still get a medium on sourdough, but I leave this sandwich alone and let it come as it's meant to, which is with sliced beef topped with cheddar cheese, bacon and chipotle mayo. Throw in a side of the house-brand original chips, a cookie and a sweet tea and I am full-bellied, fat and happy! Mentioning sweets, I have (of course!) had the occasional cinnamon bun, as well as cookie. Each time they have been warm, gooey and absolutely delicious! Additionally, outside of the sandwiches and desserts, Schlotzsky's brand hot sauce is legit my fav hot sauce ever! I usually buy a bottle ever other month! I seriously have a home bottle and an office bottle. You just can't have enough! Overall, as mentioned, Schlotzsky's is my absolute jam! This location is special due to the service and consistency they offer. From the moment I called to the moment I left with sandwich in tow, the owner and staff were welcoming friendly and genuine. This was my first visit at any Schlotzsky's anywhere since we left Cleveland, OH, almost 7 years ago. I remembered how much I loved their round sandwiches, and it was great to see that they haven't changed the shape of them. This location is near one end of a strip mall with a lot of small businesses. There's always available parking in the free lot, especially at the end where Schlotzsky's is located. Got great customer service here, starting with the immediate greeting by one of the employees when we walked through the door. After I ordered my medium The Original, I realized that it didn't come with pickles, so I went back to the order counter after I had sat down at a table and asked if pickles could be added to my sandwich. Because it had already been rang up, the employee told me that she would put pickles in a small cup on the side with my sandwich. It didn't take very long before another employee delivered our sandwiches to the table. I opened up my sandwich, but didn't see any pickles on top of the meat. I asked the employee who brought our food to us for some pickles, and she said that the other employee put them in the sandwich. I actually had to dig through the toppings before I finally found them. By that time, the employee who gave us our food came back with a small cup filled with pickles and said, "I brought you some extra pickles." Awww ... that was extremely nice of her, and I very much appreciated there actions and thoughtfulness. I also put ALL of the pickles in my sandwich. Oh! The round sourdough sandwich was nicely toasted, cut in half, and tasted great, just the way I remembered, and everything in this sandwich tasted fresh. The outer parts were lightly crispy, and the inner part of the bread was sourdough soft. Loved it! R liked his small roast beef and cheese sandwich, although he said that there was a little too much bread. Other items on the menu besides sandwiches are pizzas and flatbreads, calzones, salads, soups, desserts and kids' meals. Drinks here are self serve at the beverage dispensers. The decor gives a nod to the beginnings of Schlotzsky's in Austin, TX. This store is clean, and it's obvious that the employees care about their customers. read more

This is my favorite sandwich place has been for so many years!! Just can't beat it. I especially LOVE the jalapeño cheddar bread.

Chain restaurant. Schlotzky's is a good, consistent product. The service here is solid. I've never had an issue in 5 months of going here. Just uh, skip extra pepperoni. They threw on 1 slice for a dollar. Considering I got the sandwich for free with the rewards program it's fine, but a bit disappointing. My son and I tried this place last week after football practice. Never had Schlotzsky's before and been 3 times since. LOVE the bread on sandwiches and calzones. The combination of meat, bread and cheese has always been a perfect bite each time. 2 of my orders were on non peak times and it was still fresh. Also went during lunch and it was packed and a line. This restaurant is one of our favorites in Cobb area. The food portion quality and service never disappoints. Highly recommend the following items: French Dip sandwich, Pastrami Reuben(Not on the menu but they will make if you ask), Deluxe original style and Cracked pepper chips. This Schlotzsky's is located in the same shopping plaza as Massage Envy and the Post Office. Parking is an issue, there is never a space available during lunch. The staff is always pleasant, the one gentlemen who is always there always greets me with a smile. More than anything my order is always correct! They don't price gauge by charging more to add olives or extra icing for your Cinnabon. The food? YUMMM! The turkey bacon club on sour dough bread is to die for! The bread is baked daily and is so light and airy that you can taste the quality and freshness. The ingredients are always fresh, and veggies crisp. I have always been a fan of Schlotzky's until I visited the Windy Hill location last night. I was craving the Schlotzky's Original Sandwich last night layered with smoked ham, Genoa and cotto salamis, and melted cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses with black olives, red onion, lettuce, tomato, mustard and on a toasted bun; so I ventured up the road to the Windy Hill location of Schlotzky's for one. That was my biggest mistake, I should have driven over to the one off Cobb Parkway instead. As I walked in the restaurant I noticed how dirty the dining room was and thought that maybe they had just finished dinner rush or something. Then as I approached the counter there were two ladies yappering away behind the counter, finally one turned around and asked "What do you want tonight?", that was kind of rude; she could have at least said it nicer like "How may I help you?". I guess I was a drain on their conversation and how dare I interrupt them! I proceeded to order the Original and asked if I could have it on a different bun and she snapped and said "It only comes on sourdough!". Ok, then give me the sourdough. While I waited on my sandwich to go I decided to use the restroom. The restroom was filthy! I was scared to wash my hands and I didn't want to touch the knob on the sink. Anyway, after waiting for about 10 or 15 mins to get my sandwich I left with sandwich in hand wanting to get home to enjoy it's deliciousness. I got home and opened the wrapper to find a sandwich that had been thrown together with haste and the bun was soggy as if they intentionally dropped it in the sink or something. Despite Schlotzsky's Delis being a well known Sandwich company all over the world, my extremely obsessional love for "The Original" will not let me back down from this review. I am pretty sure that this place makes their bread from scratch, which adds definite sandwich points to any selection on the menu. It is also the only sandwich place that I am familiar with having olives as one of the main ingredients in their sandwich. Ate inside, server was Sabrina. I went there for the soup, which Google directed me to the closest Soup place. Well, only two soups on the menu this day - French onion, and, Tomato basil. As I have hypertension, I asked which of the soups have the least sodium(hoping the container or box could just get a look at).When asked, Sabrina said the box was already thrown out and there was no other containers to look at in storage. I figure onion has less salt than tomato but I just wasn't in the mood for any onion soup, especially since I decided to add a half roast beef sandwich with it(which comes with au jus/bouillon, just like onion soup). The soup and sandwich was good however, halfway through I sense a sewer / bathroom odor. When I first moved to Atlanta, my new (well, new to me) office was behind a Schlotzsky's. Literally, it was behind a Schlotzsky's. Ok, not actually in the store room, so don't take it that literally, but it was the next building up. Once I got over the thrill of moving to Atlanta and receiving an honest-to-Allah paycheck, the next thing to break my ever so fragile soul was getting over Schlotzsky's. It's not their fault; the fault was entirely mine, for eating there every day for 3 months straight (hey, I hadn't quite figured out yet which was the best grocery store, Cub Foods or Gay Publix for me to shop in, and besides, I was a dumb guy who was scared of his kitchen.) That, alongside the realization that I could no longer measure my vacation time in weeks, but instead in "accrued hours," was what ultimately broke my post-graduation spirit and helped turn me into the passive aggressive wage slave I am today. Please consider all of this when I review Schlotzsky's that, in a Simba-like Circle of Life, is once again nearby my office. Schlotzsky's was good to me when I first moved here. Granted, I hadn't the most discerning of palates. I enjoyed the BBQ pizza and their turkey sandwiches; in fact, I still do in measured amounts. But even back then, I noticed that something seemed off with their tuna fish and that still remains to this day. I can't tell you exactly what's wrong--kind of like how you know that one guy in sales who always says "It puts the lotion in the basket," probably has a collection of body parts in his freezer even though you have no other evidence to back you up. Something about their tuna doesn't sit right with me, so I don't order it. And the word "Deli" in their name is misleading. This place is as much a deli as McDonald's is known for its Scottish food. Really, their personal pizzas are probably the best things they've got. They're not too healthy and, as a result, I can now only admire at them from afar like a fat, Asian Oliver Twist told he has high cholesterol by his doctor. Don't expect NYC (or even Hoboken) style pizza. The crust is thick and chewy and pretty close to Pizza Hut's crust now that I think about it, which isn't a good thing.
