I went here a lot a few years ago and there's plenty of seating inside. Service is quick and efficient and my pizza comes out perfect every time (also probably because I'm choosing my own toppings)! My go-to is always the build your own pizza. I love getting their vegan cheese so I don't blow up the toilet. I usually do the take 2- half pizza and a salad. Sometimes they have promos on their app & they're known for their pi 3/14 promo. I like to build my own pizza. I haven't had any issues with my food, but I would like the salad more fresh. I also think management should refurbish their furniture- looks like a customer destroyed one of their couches. It would help if they hired more staff to clean more, like tables & bathroom. The guy preparing the Dough almost got this place 5 stars, he was so nice and attentive. But the 2 ladies with heavy makeup and glasses literally worse attitudes I've experienced in customer service. My items were being flung on my pizza, she appeared visibly upset and annoyed and the girls were giving eachother looks and laughing. Like I just moved here and Blaze is my favorite place and I would have been a regular here. But now I have to travel further just because I don't want bad energy preparing my food. I WAS super excited to celebrate my favorite day of the year. Woke up, went to gym, and the dropped by BLAZE pizza for their Build Your Own Pizza Pie day. (3.14) As i was building my own pizza, the staff building my pizza told me "you have 3 more toppings left" before I even started to build my pizza. I asked "oh what do you mean?" She then told me cheese counted as a topping. (Ok, I can understand this, but GIVE THAT INFORMATION!!! Because i did not need a random glop of ricotta when I coulda had a handful of ham or sausage!) I also had a drink redemption reward that I worked hard to attain by being a continuous customer... only to be told they were not acknowledging any rewards. Why not?!?! It was hard earned. Anywho, very disappointed at this business No wonder there was no line out the door on pie day. Blaze Pizza is a great spot to get pizza. The quality is much better because it's not a fast food chain. Every time I get a pizza here , the freshness and taste of the ingredients never disappoint. Overall the general layout of the Blaze is nice, plenty of seating and solid air flow so you won't feel congested. The only gripe I have with blaze is the size of the pizza for the price tag. If you're a big eater, one pizza will not be enough and you'll leave feeling hungry. The sides are a bit on the expensive end but nonetheless taste great. That's the reason for 4 stars. PS. They have beer here iirc and their pi day promotion is buy one get one for $3.14. So if even if you're not a pizza person, still come by here on Pi Day. The service here was awful. We asked for ranch on the side and she said "we do drizzle" with an attitude. We've definitely been given ranch on the side the previous times we've been here..We asked again whether we could get it on the side. She looked annoyed and replied with an attitude that they have no more containers for sauces on the side & just stared at us blankly expecting us to leave. At that point, we just accepted and said we were okay with the drizzle. We also asked for a drizzle of buffalo. She pretty much glared at us when we did and was slamming the sauce bottle then proceeded to drizzle the sauce with a huge attitude. He loved it !! I got mine with a mix of pesto and white sauce, tomatoes, basil , mushrooms and roasted garlic !! Yum ! We both got shredded cheese and a pesto drizzle !! So fun !! You can watch them prepare the dough and the pizzas baking in the fire oven, which is cool. Very clean interior and friendly staff! I came here on their promotional pi day as well and see a couple of negative reviews of people complaining about that.. I went to this Blaze to purchase a large pizza for $23.99. I was told by the employees that they do not sell large pizzas in store, I have to order it online. They said something about the in store prixe being different and that it was a policy now from about 5 months ago. I literally ordered a large pizza in person at the Fountain Valley location just 4 miles away from this one. I don't understand why I can't just order a pizza in person when I am literally standing right there, why does it need to be made online? The price was the same online ($23.99) as it was in person at Fountain Valley, so I can just go there next time. But this was closer to my home, so it's disappointing. If the Blaze franchises are not uniform then why have the same company name, I think the owner is probably up to nefarious crimes. Came in on a Thursday night at around 9:30 pm. It wasn't busy. The girl with the glasses (not the one cooking the pizza) took forever to make the orders of the people ahead of me. In the time it took another employee to make 2 pizzas she was on one. No sense of urgency whatsoever.. I'm not looking to be in and out within 10 minutes but it took them 20 minutes to even get started with my order when they were not at all busy. I can't imagine coming in on a busier day. read more

The place was clean, organized, and didn't feel chaotic like many restaurants do lately. I ordered a gluten-free allergy pizza and asked if the employee could wash his hands. Instead of giving me attitude (which unfortunately happens often), he smiled, said yes, washed his hands, and changed his gloves without any issue. That alone deserves recognition. I watched how he interacted with other customers as well, and he was consistently polite, patient, and professional. I asked for his name, and he told me it was Jordy. There was also a young woman working named Evelyn, who was equally polite and professional. For how young they are, and considering it was just the two of them working, they handled everything extremely well. This is what good customer service is supposed to look like, I've been to this location before, but this visit was by far the best experience I've had. When employees are clean, respectful, and actually care, it shows -- and yes, the food tastes better because of it. If Blaze Pizza wants to keep customers coming back, they should keep people like Jordy and Evelyn. If you walk in and they're working, it's your lucky day. 10/10 experience read more

They have an awesome lunch special which is between 12-4pm their half moon pizza is $5 with unlimited toppings (you can also pay more for an upgraded crust such as GF/keto/etc). But if I'm feeling super hungry then I'll do the full size for $10. Either way, it is a great price point for the quality and portion you get! Customer service is always on point when I come.
