I usually do the take 2- half pizza and a salad. Sometimes they have promos on their app & they're known for their pi 3/14 promo. I like to build my own pizza. I haven't had any issues with my food, but I would like the salad more fresh. I also think management should refurbish their furniture- looks like a customer destroyed one of their couches. It would help if they hired more staff to clean more, like tables & bathroom. Besides that, I enjoy my food... my roommate's son also ate my pizza from the fridge once when he wasn't supposed to, so I guess he enjoys blaze pizza too lol read more

Blaze Pizza is a great spot to get pizza. The quality is much better because it's not a fast food chain. Every time I get a pizza here , the freshness and taste of the ingredients never disappoint. Overall the general layout of the Blaze is nice, plenty of seating and solid air flow so you won't feel congested. The only gripe I have with blaze is the size of the pizza for the price tag. If you're a big eater, one pizza will not be enough and you'll leave feeling hungry. The sides are a bit on the expensive end but nonetheless taste great. That's the reason for 4 stars. PS. They have beer here iirc and their pi day promotion is buy one get one for $3.14. So if even if you're not a pizza person, still come by here on Pi Day. PSS: the presto sauce mixed with white sauce as a base sauce for the pizza is imo the best sauce to do for the pizzas . read more

I went to this Blaze last weekend which is normally a busy day I get it but I had horrible service. The girl working there MARLET had a noticeable attitude! Management should look into coaching her about her attitude. I asked if there was any egg or soy in the products because I have an allergy and she made me regret asking with her attitude. Pizza was ok and when it came to finishes when I asked for a finisher she angrily closed the box and angrily handed it to me and my wife. WOW someone was having a bad day read more

Okay so a long time ago I had such a terrible experience here that I have stayed away from this location; however after a terrible experience at our back up spot. I decided to try here again and I am so glad I did. I got my son (he is autistic and this is a safe food he eats) his standard pizza. It was a great experience they were almost closed and Lindsey made my son pizza never once had to tell her more it was great! The service here was awful. We asked for ranch on the side and she said "we do drizzle" with an attitude. We've definitely been given ranch on the side the previous times we've been here..We asked again whether we could get it on the side. She looked annoyed and replied with an attitude that they have no more containers for sauces on the side & just stared at us blankly expecting us to leave. At that point, we just accepted and said we were okay with the drizzle. We also asked for a drizzle of buffalo. She pretty much glared at us when we did and was slamming the sauce bottle then proceeded to drizzle the sauce with a huge attitude. I understand they must be tired and not everyone loves their job but they shouldn't be treating paying customers like such. We didn't ask for anything crazy and were super courteous the entire time. Very friendly and helpful staff! We got the original crust build your own pizzas . I got Russ's with most of the meats they had available, basil, tomatoes, roasted garlic and bell peppers! He loved it !! I got mine with a mix of pesto and white sauce, tomatoes, basil , mushrooms and roasted garlic !! Yum ! We both got shredded cheese and a pesto drizzle !! So fun !! Firstly, I just want to say, I love Blaze Pizza. We came here for a late dinner and you can feel how upset the workers were for having people come in an HOUR before closing lol We ordered our pizzas and some girl with clear glasses no frames just lens made a remark about what we were putting on our pizza? Okay? Then once received our BURNT pizza another girl drenched our pizza's with sauces making inedible. We spent over $30 and we just toss it and went to Mcdonalds. That was our togo spot and have never had any issues. Maybe move this closing shift on June 18th to an opening or mid shift? I went to this Blaze to purchase a large pizza for $23.99. I was told by the employees that they do not sell large pizzas in store, I have to order it online. They said something about the in store prixe being different and that it was a policy now from about 5 months ago. I literally ordered a large pizza in person at the Fountain Valley location just 4 miles away from this one. I don't understand why I can't just order a pizza in person when I am literally standing right there, why does it need to be made online? The price was the same online ($23.99) as it was in person at Fountain Valley, so I can just go there next time. But this was closer to my home, so it's disappointing. If the Blaze franchises are not uniform then why have the same company name, I think the owner is probably up to nefarious crimes. Never been to a KFC where chicken prices where fluctuating a few miles away. read more

Great establishment with lots of delicious toppings to make a personalized 11 inch pizza, with enough for leftovers. You can watch them prepare the dough and the pizzas baking in the fire oven, which is cool. Very clean interior and friendly staff! I came here on their promotional pi day as well and see a couple of negative reviews of people complaining about that.. In my opinion they did a great job and kept the line moving as quickly as they could, all while having a great attitude. It's a promotional day, of course there will be limitations on supplies. Really commend the team here for a great job on a busy day! read more

Tried to call to fix order but was told "we don't have a phone" so obviously my food sat and is ice cold. Wasn't called or emailed about anything and was met with poor customer service on top of that. I would hope this location learns to use a phone. came into Blaze Pizza today and I have to say, this was one of the few times I actually felt comfortable eating out. The place was clean, organized, and didn't feel chaotic like many restaurants do lately. I ordered a gluten-free allergy pizza and asked if the employee could wash his hands. Instead of giving me attitude (which unfortunately happens often), he smiled, said yes, washed his hands, and changed his gloves without any issue. That alone deserves recognition. I watched how he interacted with other customers as well, and he was consistently polite, patient, and professional. I asked for his name, and he told me it was Jordy. There was also a young woman working named Evelyn, who was equally polite and professional. For how young they are, and considering it was just the two of them working, they handled everything extremely well. This is what good customer service is supposed to look like, I've been to this location before, but this visit was by far the best experience I've had. When employees are clean, respectful, and actually care, it shows -- and yes, the food tastes better because of it. If Blaze Pizza wants to keep customers coming back, they should keep people like Jordy and Evelyn. If you walk in and they're working, it's your lucky day. 10/10 experience read more

Came in on a Thursday night at around 9:30 pm. It wasn't busy. The girl with the glasses (not the one cooking the pizza) took forever to make the orders of the people ahead of me. In the time it took another employee to make 2 pizzas she was on one. No sense of urgency whatsoever.. I'm not looking to be in and out within 10 minutes but it took them 20 minutes to even get started with my order when they were not at all busy. I can't imagine coming in on a busier day. read more

When he got home we sat down to eat and when I took a bite into my pizza I bit into a piece of wood, hurting my front teeth. The worst experience. Blaze Pizza is a well known chain offering build-your own pizzas or the signature pizzas! I came here for the Pi day $3.14 deal and the wait was crazy, not surprised at all. You pick your dough, sauce, toppings, and any extra. It's no frills and no hassle. The employees were great, friendly, and patient with everybody even though it's been hard for them the entire day. Closest Blaze to my house and I can say it doesn't dissapoint :) read more

Parking is not usually a problem as it's a big complex. It is a very busy complex especially during the weekend. You can generally order 2 order of 7 beef along with extra meat of your favorite on the side for a party of 4. It's not cheap but not pricy either. One of my favorite thing is to order an entire fish- best with large party.
